I had my Fem-Infiltrator play as an arsonist, a biotic assassin, and a melee infiltrator. Now it's time I complement Garrus' reach with my flexibility as his boyfriend, AKA "Ms Archangel".

What powers complement this build?
Tactical Cloak - Damage, Recharge Speed, Sniper Rifle Damage
Armour Piercing Ammo - Damage, Headshots, Damage
Disrupter Ammo - Damage, Headshots, Damage
Assault Mastery - Weapon Damage, Weight Capacity, Sniper Damage
Fitness - Durability, Shield Recharge, Durability

What weapon and armour would help?
So far, I've only used the Black Widow. My other recommended substitute would be Viper, it can fire multiple shots yet if specced correctly, can have the same base damage as a Mantis. Modify your sniper rifle with Concentration Mod and Piercing Mod. If you are good at aiming, replace Concentration Mod with Extended Barrel. If you want, bring a very light pistol/SMG if enemis get too close.
I usually go for armours which help in weapon and headshot damage.

Who should you bring with you?
It's just you and your sniper rifle. So crowd control would help along with some barrier/shield strippin'. Garrus could help with barriers and shield while Tali helps in crowd control. Alternatively, EDI could replace Garrus.

Whats the strategy?
Remember: Disrupter Ammo for all enemeies, while Armor Piercing for unprotected, armoured enemies. Stick to cover and try to avoid enemy fire. Use tactical cloak to boost any vital shots, especially armoured enemies.
use your squadmates to keep enemies at bay with crowd control (Combat Drone, Proximity Mine, etc). Use shield-stripping powers on enemies so you don't always have to strip the shields yourself.
