I happen to be a huge dragon fan , but the only reason i could play origins and dragon age 2 was because people had created mods to replace spiders with mabari or bears in dragon age nexus.
Is it possible that this can be done in dragon age inquisition , please i want to play a spider free game without panic attacks
Unless spiders are some uber-powerful boss fights, I think the best you're gonna be able to do is just go to tac cam, turn away and let auto-attack do its work.
I'm also an acrachnophobe, I think the most important question to ask is...they don't do the overpower thing...do they?

Well, we can run away from battle now. I am definitely not above running away from every giant spider I see.
If there are any boss type ones, like the huge ones in DA2, I'll simply grab a ranged character, move as far away as possible (preferably out of range of the spider) and let my party do the work. If they all die... I'll think up a Plan B.

At least they don't have the mega-sized Monstrous Spiders like they did in DA2.
Not sure if being sarcastic or you haven't seen the trailers with 'Blinky' the HUGE spider with lots of eyes that features in the 'Enemy of Thedas' trailer and ones since then. Also one of the earlier trailers where there were spiders as big as people 
As for an earlier point, I also hope they don't have the 'Overwhelm' ability that the spiders (and other creatures) had in the past 2 games :/
Think of it as a way to come to terms with your issue. Make the strongest character possible and hunt the creepy fuckers to extinction.
The reason why I started to get a little phobic towards spiders was when I was taking a dump and this big b****** fell onto my shoulder... *shudders*
I then torched every spider living in the cracks of my porch roof thing (whatever its called). I could actually hear them scream!

I'm not an arachnophobe--I usually catch spiders and put them outside rather than kill them--but that was definitely scary. I can't imagine someone with arachnophobia so bad that it induces panic attacks at the sight of an artist's rendering ever being able to cope with that.

There is a difference between modding and tweaking a game.
It might be VERY possible for someone to find the assets list and change the asset uses for "spiders" and switch it for bear.
While it might be very hard to add meshes and textures to a game is probably pretty easy to tweak other things. So don't give up hope yet.

Pride Demons are generally bipedal and like 3 times bigger than normal folk. Blinky has multiple legs, a head part with LOTS of eyes and an abdomen behind him and about 5 times bigger than normal folk. He's a big badass demonic spider

Looks pretty big to me.
Think of it as a way to come to terms with your issue. Make the strongest character possible and hunt the creepy fuckers to extinction.
When I went to a psychologist about my extreme fear of heights, she used the Leap of Faith from Assassin's Creed as part of our sessions - it did help!
