Seeing the ME3 multiplayer forum so dead... It saddens me. Yadda yadda good ol' days etc. but holy ****, this place used to be so active. It's so weird returning after a long time and seeing it like this.
Good thing I'm (still) playing. I felt like starting again after a long time. Bought the PC version but no good pc etc.

Long time player interested in, at the moment, bronze, silver and gold. I've done everything, but with my current manifest Platinum isn't something fun. Gold is doable with friends, gear, communication and teamwork.

^ I'll fire up the PS3 just for you and SpetrePug once more all day tomorrow. So please try to be on, and I'll try my best to carry. In the meantime I'm too drunk off classy red vino and on a break from the not as good & ergonomic as X-Box 360 PS3 & PS4 gamepads. Plus right now I'm so drunk and should and should only play on 60 per second, since being drunk is like missing frames to begin with.

I feel like the information about the version 1.6 issue should included in the OP.
It's hard to know how many people are affected by it but when I had the problem I came across several people who must also have had 1.6.

Its pretty neat that I dusted off my old Geth Infiltrator and popped into a few matches just to get used to the game again - and had every match full within a minute.
There are still a lot of new peeps showing up. Most of them I saw were playing pretty smart too. Of course, you still have a few of those groups what rush LZ, and I did see some spectacular Banshee hugz and Phantom stabbing a Krogan. That particular Krogan actually was so slick they medi-gelled and lived through it. There were deaths to Ravager goo, but at least no one died of Swarmers (which I have done in the past).
However, no one rocketed any Swarmers at all.
How about we just get it locked so people can stop posting and start reading?
I came back to play ME3 after about a couple of months away (due to the released of The Following). Did something happen? I can hardly get a silver game, let alone gold or platinum. For the weekend gone, me and other 3 just stayed together for 6 to 8 games because we couldn't find any other game. Not that we have problem with each other but people rarely stayed more than 2 or 3 games. Is EA killing the ME servers?
I have just read that I may have the version mismatch bug. How can this be possible?!?!?! Would really like to sort this out so that I can get back to my normal life - playing ME3 mutliplayer
