Drone Escort mission ... and in a PuG everyone is actually escorting the drone.

.... only time I've ever managed to kill the whole team, myself included with 1 Possessed ABomb! I couldn't really play for about a minute as I was laughing too much. 
I had two pretty funny ones back when I started to solo Gold. Both times in wave ten I said to myself: "be careful, first order of business: kite the enemy away". First death came by a Banshee maybe three seconds into the objective wave, because I changed my thought process just a little bit into "well, let's jut look around this corner to see how the situation is and THEN you kite the enemy away to have an easy walk with that drone". HOW the situation was? Banshee right around the corner, grabbing me instantly!
Another try back in the day ended after just one second in wave ten. No gels, no cyclonic mod, having been sync-killed by that Banshee not too long ago at that time, I changed my thought process in a game against Geth just a little bit: "let's just look around the corner..." Well, around that corner? A Prime ready to shoot... (to this day I refer to this scene as "the Prime instant kill)
The lesson: instead of foolishly looking around corners in solos, what about the Geth Scanner? Idiot!
Wave 11 on Dagger, killed by a Brute (not sync-killed) and fell under the map, running for half a minute on "solid earth" and respawned in LZ when there was only 3 secs left, extracted.
Got taken down to health gate as a Turian Havok. Instead of using a stim pack I dodged out the way and fell off the walkway on London. Turns out the fall kills you.

The first time CEBK blew me up with an A-bomb.
She killed the whole team, it was Collectors/Reactor Hazard, and during the wave 10 hack at the top of the ladder near LZ, she missiled 2 A-Bombs before I could get away.
I've never laughed so hard.
These are so funny. Grailseeker especially. Clyde, you send your friends love A-bombing people! Funny story, Clyde locked me in the reactor last night, doors open, I get stomped outta nowhere then I hear on the mic, "where is Jessku"? lol so darn reactor trigger happy!
Not sure about the "best", but the most memorable one had to be that game when I took the asari vanguard to platinum for the first time. Everyone else got killed on wave 10; I was out of missiles and pretty much out of everything else, but there were only a couple banshees left so I thought ok. I patiently backpedaled for what seemed like many, many minutes, chipping away at their barriers and armor one bar at a time with hurricane, trying not to do anything stupid - like you know, charge. Eventually there was only one banshee with only one bar left, and feeling the pressure of all the eyes looking over my shoulder ramp up - I charged. And got picked up.
It was nothing fancy or dramatic - but the pregnant silence that followed on voice chat still haunts me.
I always like getting killed while a Husk grabs me. I can use a medigel sometimes during the killing animation (after health is gone from something else) and revive me. If it works, I get right back up and the medigel isn't used.

As long as you don't press any buttons after death, you get an instant revive at the end of the grab animation, so maybe it's this that's activating.
The same is true of synch kills, assuming something kills you before the animation completes.
Well... recently... Waver 9, Reapers, gold, FB White, corridor exit blocked by 2 brutes, turn, other exit blocked by 2 converging banshees, trapped (!!) retreat to the corner (rest of the team has bled out), fumble for my rocket, and I swear I had 2 banshees simultaneously trying to grab me (the bigger one wins) and I die as I furiously and repeatedly mash the fire button for my missile that never fires because I die 0.2 seconds prior. I take (little) comfort in the fact that at least I had 2 girls fighting over me...

Something similar happened to me once.
I got synced by a Brute near the alternate extraction point mid game and when the wave ended I revived but fell through the map. I was running around the outside of the map for a while and I even started shooting at a pug who stopped to look over the side. (probably wondering what the hell I was doing) Eventually I ran under the map and sank in the ground and respawned at the LZ.
Up to the same tricks I see.
I've over the cover grabbed an abomb on extraction on Rio which drew some pretty spectacular commentary from my teammates.
Well, you know... a lot more fun and laughs to be had with this minigame.
Mine was on a FB ghost/collectors. I was playing saber quarksman, and there was a possessed captain and Abomb rushing me from close range. I took hardcover in a stupid attempt to get the captain with an OCG, but my quarian decided he wanted to magnet grab the Abomb that was about 5 paces behind instead.
That isn't the end of it though, the Abomb (which was initially normal) became possesed mid animation, and I reenacted Hiroshima circa 1945. There was another BSN'er watching all this as well
Oh yes, I rage gelled and headshotted that bosh'tet captain (like I should have done in the first place).
I'm sitting there muttering "c'mon, c'mon" as the device bar fills up while my shields, and then health, are whittled down. Just as I think I've done it, an engineer comes around the corner and finishes me off. I'm tossing up whether or not to gel when suddenly the credits pop up on the screen and Big Brother congratulates me on completing the objective.
Never been so happy to be dead.
I had a similar experience, trying to clutch an escort solo on Wave 10 Collectors after the rest of the team had bled out our been chewed on by a Praetorian. I have never made such good use of the Human Engineer's crowd control. Anything I killed would just respawn again right on top of me, and I didn't have time to kite because the timer was running down. So I just kept throwing out Combat Drones and using Overload Neural Shock to keep the Captains and Aboms off me, rolling around like I'm in Cirque du Soleil to dodge Scion shots and force Praetorians to land. As I'm right at the end of the escort, an Abomination finally grabs me, and I die to a bunch of Scion shots with the Abom clawing at my face. As my already Dying character is in the middle of stomping the Abom, the Wave 10 credits pop up. No point in gelling at that point, I would have been synced instantly by a Praetorian anyway.
