Pretty much. Lebron has not had any all-time great teammates. Kobe and MJ cannot say that.

^That dude is pretty good.

Parsons went for 21 and 7 against the Jazz, in a 120-102 win for Dallas.

Hey, I just meant the worst addition for that game. Did you think I meant for the whole season? Nah man, you trippin'.

Everyone else on the Lakers team except Kobe.

I am too poor to have League Pass or NBATV. So I missed Lance Stephenson photobombing Derek Fisher and I missed Klay Thompson absolutely obliterating Robin Lopez with a dunk.
This sucks.
I know that lack of League Pass feel. I do have NBA TV at least but I would really like to catch any game I want.
I would just go to a bar, but all the close ones get swarmed with undergrads during games. Even the dives. And tonight people were probably paying attention to football anyway.
Ah yes, the dreaded undergrad bar. Definitely not worth the risk of running into one of your students at those establishments. I've got a story or two of my own, and have heard much worse ones.
Why do I like the NBA?
Because of monsters like this guy:
One acronym is enough: WTF
well the Heat finally lost....to the goddamn Rockets, i swear there isnt a more unsympathetic team in the NBA than the Rockets (well maybe the Cavs) maybe its the Dwight and Harden effect, two players that exemplify the "egomaniac but not very talented superstar"
Harden is really, really good. Dwight is a pansy and cry baby tho. I like the heat. Cavs are alright but Bulls are the best in the Least, I mean East.
Harden is really, really good.
Especially on defence
i dont care if he scores 50 a game when his team concedes 60 because of his ineptitude
yeah, he's not a great or even very good defender. That's why I don't put him up wit their like Lebron or Kobe, those guys can defend and lockdown people. Harden...... He's really, really good. But not great. He's kinda like Melo in that sense.

Had to happen some time, right? Though I'm a bit surprised they beat the Hornets, who recently beat the Heat. I mean, Heat might be a bit depleted this season, but a 5-2 start is nothing to scoff at.

Damn, I would miss it.

The Nuggets need a new coach. I never thought that I would see a worse defensive coach than D'Antoni, but Shaw has somehow found a way.

Fear the Deer!! >=D .......... =|
Poor Bucks. Nobody here in Milwaukee (or Wisconsin in general) gives a **** about them. It's all about football and baseball for us.
I rather watch them than MLB, though. Been meaning to catch their games this season but keep forgetting.

Any of you guys remember the NBA arcade games? There's a small arcade near me that has the Blitz 2000 Gold/NBA Showtime arcade game. I would select the Spurs, and just dash past the opponents as quickly as I could so I could do a Slam Dunk. Every time. Lol.
Hangtime/Showtime was my sh*t back in the day. Played that so much with my brother and cousins. Good times, good times. You can't beat couch co-op, playing on the same system with family or friends.
The thing about Pringles was that his Suns were actually pretty good defensively considering the ridiculous pace that the Seven Seconds or Less teams ran at. Not, y'know, Tom Thibodeau good, but still above average. In New York and LA, though, the teams were hot garbage. (And probably would've been that way with or without D'Antoni.) With a couple of transcendant exceptions, like Thibs, most coaches don't have much of an impact on team defensive ratings, because those are based on sets of basic principles like how he wants to defend PNRs (which are hard to screw up) and player knowledge/effort. D'Antoni probably wasn't responsible for the Nash-era Suns' semi-decent defense just like he probably wasn't responsible for his subsequent teams' defensive disasters.
Byron Scott has a reputation as a good defensive coach for some unknown reason, but his teams usually end up in the bottom half of the league in most defensive ratings like points per possession allowed. It is hard to screw up basic defensive principles, like I said, but somehow sScott is doing it. He has also apparently adopted a 1960s offense for the Lakers this season, because instituting a ban on threes totally makes sense in the modern National Basketball Association.
Fair enough.
Still doesn't change the fact that Shaw's schemes have looked inept at best, though. The Nuggets are talented enough not to give up 80 points in one half. This team is not even approaching an acceptable level of play. Might be time to blow everything up at the deadline or at the end of the season.
