Here is a suggestion:

Better sell this game both with and without a Steam account attachement. There is absolutely ZERO reason developers ONLY USE Steam in orderto sell their game. I'm so sick and tired of game devs ONLY releasing games they make with attachments to Steam like there is nothing else in existance. I'm going to state this right out and I really don't care what anyone thinks:

If this game is only available with an attachement to Steam, then I have no choice but to pirate it in order to be able to play it because Valve blocked the ability for me to register any game on Steam current or not made yet. And because i'm so sick and tired of people trying to say Well you must have done something and all that other crap.

NO BUSINESS IN THE USA IS EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL CONSUMER RIGHTS LAWS WHICH ARE SET BY THE FBI which make specific aspects in ANY SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT NULL AND VOID AND IT CANNOT BE HELD UP or used against the person.

IF VALVE DOES NOT OWN THE GAME, THEN THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO AUTHORIZATION TO STOP ANYONE FROM PLAYING IT OR REGISTERING A GAME THEY DO NOT OWN.

This is a federal consumer rights violation and IT IS 100% ILLEGAL TO BLOCK AND PREVENT ANYONE FROM BUYING/REGISTERING PAYING FOR something the corporation DOES NOT OWN..So that means subscriber agreement becomes null and void in this specific aspect so anything anyone tries to say about you clicked I agree and all that crap has no bearing and cannot be brought into this as an excuse...Federal laws says NO BUSINESS IS ALLOWED TO BE DOING THIS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY REASON

Of course morons will say it doesn't say that anywhere..but those are the trolls who have been brainwashed by Valve because they think Federal laws can be ignored and Valve doesn't have to follow the laws....So their input has no merit

And just to cover all grounds on this because people will start making every possible excuse under the sun to justify Valves illegal federal laws violations I am going over all this for those clowns that love saying ther eis no laws broken or justify Valve's illegal business practices:

So lets get all of the most common arguements and excuses people use out of the way first:

It Doesn't matter if Steam is popular, it doesn't matter how many people are in love with Steam, It doesn't matter if a subscriber agreement has been agreed to.

Even if Valve didn't block me..The fact on how Valve is in general with their controlling crap...I REFUSE TO be told I have to have a software on my computer that I don't want, and then have this whole attitude from people of "well either accept it or don't play it" like that has any bearing on anything. Why I dont' want Steam on my computer is no one's business and doesn't matter, I refuse to be prevented from playing a game just because of a corrupted company tyring to monopolize the market, and then have brainwashed idiots actually try and defend this type of crap.

When it comes to Valve breaking the law and totally violating consumer rights, there is nothing anyone can say or use to justify a developer not releasing a Non-Steam copy as well...NONE...

So I outright refuse to shell out money for a game a developer makes that decides to the only way to release their game is through an overly intrusive and controlling service that's run by an extreemly corrupted corporation that thinks they're exempt from federal laws because someone clicks I agree to their loser agreement that actually has illegal parts to it. (And yes there are federal regulations, guidelines, and laws) that outright stat a subscriber agreement becomes null and void when it comes to certain situations, and what's really idiotic is how gamers have been so brain washed by Valve that they actually think subscriber agreement makes a company exepmt from federal laws, guidelines and regulations.

The developers pull this Steam only crap and then have the audacity to complain about loss of Sales and or there is a pirating problem.

End Rant/

Dude, I can promise you it won't be on Steam, and I bet my own, personal pinch of Andraste's ashes on that :D

Also, his argument is invalid, you can play a game you downloaded from Steam without even starting Steam. The fact there are people who don't know that or don't know how to do it only proves they need software like Steam :D

I prefer Origins as well, and the game will be on Origins, not on Steam.
