Having a high N7 and challenge points?
Or
Having a really low N7 and just being the best in the lobby?

I can tell you from my personal experience that having a very high N7 and CP is extremely intimidating for some people (not all) so much so that they start hating on the high N7/CP player for no good reason and/or become really nervous or uncomfortable playing with them.
But if you have a dangerous reputation it does not matter whether you have a N7 120 or N7 60,000, others will get equally intimidated either way. It is the name that matters not the N7/CP you have.

I go against people with like N7 60K and above, and I still come up victorious with little to no problem. Some of them are just unbelievably puggy.

There is one N7 60,000 player on PC you don't want to play against, he is very evil and merciless and will crush your confidence like no one else can, good thing he is retired.

I'm sure he was, although I'm crap with the PC controls so that would most likely be the outcome.

N7 20 with 8000+ cp here for lulz.
I'm trying to go super low cp too so that when I go into PUGs they will think
"Oh no not this guy!"
Then I want them to poop themselves after I wreck everything on the map.

Tell him to come back for a best of the best challenge. See who the title really belongs to.

He is not going to come back but his good twin SlowerThanDSL still plays a few games a week and I heard from a reliable source that SlowerThanDSL is even better than his evil twin. Maybe you can add him on Origin and play a few games.

Actually, you should ask Crash whether that is possible or not. Calling Crashsuit, calling Crashsuit, we have an unbeliever here...

Not sure, do new accounts start with credits? If so you could max everything while still N7 1. AFAIK you need some to hack them, probably 20k or so at least.
