So, I am considering a final playthrough of ME3 with my original Renegade Vanguard FemShep. I have the EC loaded, but I am on the fence as to the other DLC which cost $. I am aware that Omega is an unmitigated disaster. Which of the other two do you recommend my fellow BSNers? Guide me, won't you?

(I am likely to not pay another dime to Biower, so make your arguments passionate & convincing)

Upto you, Leviathans a good story dlc with alot of background lore, personally i never liked citadel, to much cheese for my liking, i liked the arena in it though just like i liked pinnacle station in me1 for the same reason, simple and effective fun for me an i could mash some heads again with me fav 2 krogans.

If i would pick one i'd go with Leviathan out them 2 for the story n lore, but you prob no want to listen to me since i was a fan of Omega an liked what they tried to do plus im in the minority in not liking citadel

I'd recommend both Leviathan and the Citadel DLC. Leviathan has the better story out of the two, but Citadel has lots of fanservicey moments with your squadmates. Both are also among the best DLCs Bioware has done.

Omega is skippable. It's fun, but the weakest of three DLCs.

Ok, sounds like IF I decide to pay Biower some more of my hard-earned cash, it will be for Leviathan. Thanks fellas.

But Omega has Aria, your Shep is renegade. It will be glorious!

Citadel is fantastic.

Leviathan is a must have.

Better work some more :D

The Javik and Leviatham dlc's are great and both are needed for the story.
The Citadel dlc should not even be in ME3 and have no idea on the Omega dlc as I did not buy.

So make sure you get the Leviathan dlc.

Omega tries something new with character interaction which i found refreshing and something i hope they continue to do an expand upon since well it be the same team that done that that doing me4, tbh it prob one of my fav dlc of the series just because it tries to be different, long may it continue

Citadel for me; although it is just fan-service :P There is no need to actually play it for the "Story".

If you really want the story part I guess LEviathan is indeed your best shot, although I didn't enjoy it as much. Especially since after you play it, there is hardly any impact on the game whatsoever (Thinking of the final battle)

All ME3's DLC packs are brilliant. Including Omega though the character development needed more work, The Storyline as well.

Your interactions with Aria affect her decisions. There's also an Engineer-specific cutscene which is awesome. It's too bad you can't revisit Omega as a hub after you finish the story.

Citadel is cheesey as fuuu. The parts that aren't cheesey should have been in the main game. I had to buy a DLC to get a half baked ending to Miranda's and Jack's stories. And the worst part is the ME2 squad isn't even playable for the DLC. You only get them for the arena.

Just be careful with your Bioware points.

You don't want to have too many left over points as you probably can't use them on DLCs for future Bioware games like DA:I.

If you buy them with the DA link, you can buy them in the exact amounts you want.

I can't remember how you get to it though. it's on social.bioware.com somewhere.

I'm just glad the Bioware point system is gone.

I still have 320 points left or something, I'll just get some armor or weapon DLC.

I had like 128 left, and on a whim when playing ME3's multiplayer I bought a Spectre pack or something. That was dumb. I kind of wish I'd bought the ME2 alt appearance pack 2, the one with Miri's outfit.

So Citadel is Pinnacle station lite, with some added fan- fiction?
Ugh..

Lite? hardly. it's got pretty much all of the MP stuff. Fighting Reapers, Geth, Collectors if I remember correctly...it's way deeper than Pinnacle Station as far as the arena goes.

The camp is fun. It's a nice side-trip from all the srs bzns.
