The majority of my playthroughs, Ashley lives

This might sound generic I saved Ashley since she was young,and naive. Kaidan was mature,and he knew it was the right thing to do. I miss him he reminded me of Carth from KOTOR(I know same voice actor),I never saw him past ME1. The Hero's Journey such a sad road ahead for the paragon heroes.

In the majority of my playthroughs, I let Kaidan live. I just like him better, especially later in the series. I hate what they did to Ash's appearance in ME3.

I'm sorry but I cannot bring myself to let Ashley live. I hate her guts.

She is a digital character. She doesn't have guts - only a long string of "1"s and "0"s.

Used to pick Kaidan all the time... before ME3 was released.

Now it's Ashley all the time. 

really like her whole trilogy romance.

I've never let Kaidan live in a single runthrough of mine.  Being a Veteran, I can't see any man letting a woman sacrifice herself for him.  Better to stand your ground and go down like Vasquez and Gorman in Aliens.

Ashley, as she is my favorite character and..romancing and whatnot. I do very much like both, however. Tough choice.

Personally, I can't stand Kaidan.  Bland, generic, etc.  Bleh.  Had him survive in one play through.  *shakes head*   Never again.

I had to force myself to let Ashley live once. I always fielded the tech specialist with the bomb and still think that the bomb is a more strategic point to go to rather than go help the diversion team.

I always chose Ashley there's just something about Kaidan that annoys me.

Kaiden.  I also hated Ashley's racist views.  Plus, I play FemShep and romanced Kaiden.  Couldn't let FemShep's love interest die.  But I already didn't like Ashley very much.  I love Garrus, Wrex, Liara and Tali.  How could you be a racist with those awesome squadmates around covering your butt??? 

 

That said, I am planning on playing through the trilogy again (almost done with ME3) and even though I plan on picking a different love interest, I'll still probably let Ash kick it.

Saving Ashley is a boring and unlovable job for me too    because I think she's ugly

I save Ashley most of the time ... I find her much more interesting than Kaidan .. and she's my LI in most of my playtrough

It's a tough one. Previously it was mainly Kaidan, but I have saved Ash once, maybe twice, before.  I will be saving her this time as I'm playing a male shep for the first time.  Plus, she's fit in ME3 in particular

It was a fast decision for me, I always let Kaidan live because 1.) My Shep's a soldier, I don't need another one and 2.) She's racist. Don't have any tolerance on racist people.

I let Kaidan live only once. But in general, I don´t like him that much, despite the fact, that he has the voice of Carth Onasi from KOTOR 1.

I usually let Kaidan live. Mainly because he's a biotic and I need another one in my party because I'm not a big fan of Liara and my Shepard is a soldier. When it comes to them as characters, I like them both, though I do slightly prefer Kaidan.

Kaidan, most of the time. My Shep and Kaidan have a greasers in space theme going, so how could I let him down?
