Ok I titled this topic like that because it seems like EA's Origin software seems to be at odds with pre-orders and those who preorder. Let me be clear, the SOFTWARE is at odds NOT the company. Why am I saying this? I pre-ordered Dragon Age: Inquisition back in May or something and somehow it has never appeared in my game library, FUUUUUUUUUUUUUU. I know it's petty but I just like the idea that when I preorder the game it lands in my library, it is a small comfort which Steam always provides but Origin almost never does. Is anyone else going through the same first-world-hell that I am.

I've got DA:I pre-ordered and I see the icon sitting in my games section of Origin right now. I can't click on it (it's greyed out,) but visible. Not sure what's going on with yours. Did you check under hidden games? You might have hidden the icon at some point. Try that. It might help.

No dice, I've hidden the Titanfall Beta and when I go to "hidden games" it's the only thing there.

You need to contact EA support for this. You should be able to see the pre-order in your game's list. If it's not there then something is definitely wrong.

Unfortunately, you're going to have to take this to the EA help forums and start a post there. Also, start an online chat. I've had to do that before and you will talk to someone. There isn't anything the BioWare staff is going to be able to do to help you out.

Maybe it has to do with the fact that you pre ordered the game in May ? It may be interesting to know if somebody who order the game early like you has the same problem.

I pre ordered my copy April 22 and I have the DAI pic staring back at me in my Origin library. Greyed out at the moment of course.

In case anyone stumbles upon this looking for a solution. I am sorry to tell you my problem was not solved by EA Help, although they did claim that some people have the game in their library and some don't and they promised I would be able to preload the game. Ultimately I felt this was not good enough so I cancelled my pre-order and purchased the deluxe edition. "Surprisingly" once I had purchased the deluxe edition from Origin it showed up in my game library INSTANTLY.
So to clarify if anyone has preordered the game but does not have it in their library as long as you received an "order confirmation" email you WILL be able to PRELOAD the game on Nov.17.14. Then you can play it on Nov 18 or Nov 21, respectively.
