Ok then. I think sparing him but not recruiting him is same as not recruited Zevran.
You can not recruit him by killing him right away or by sending him away instead. Both are different. Just like killing him right away and killing him because he betrays you to Talisen are different outcomes.
Can I just say, the art is f*cking awesome? I'm not normally a fan of the DA2-cutscene/inquisition-portrait artsyle, but in the Keep it just looks so good.
My favourite is also my least favourite.
I like the art but I don't think Meredith should have all these 'red, evil' connotations while Orsino is the shining blue sage. IMO, Orsino was much more morally bankrupt than Merry, she just went a little cuckoo at the end thanks the lyrium
