Surprised on the Gamlen options, who the hell is that chick with him or amulet option?

It's a quest in act 3. That's Charade, his daughter. At the end of the quest you can either take the gem and give it to him or reunite him with his daughter.

I'll tell you which ones won't. Where the hell is Velanna and Sigrun choices?? Pretty much confirms they won't be in DAI.

Believe me bro, I've been part of the beta for about 2 months. If there was something I really pushed for with the suggestion button, it was this.

Yeah I noticed that as well, shame I liked them. Anyone making a crazy warden/hawke who murders as many people as possible?

I made a world state called "All My Friends Are Dead."  If someone could die, they did.  muahaha!

Wow, it never cease to amaze me that no matter how many times you play a DA game there is still stuff you miss or don't know about. I need to try and do another playthrough of DA2 to keep the Dalish clan alive and now this.

The keep, by design, isn't suppost to be a reference tool of ALL you choices in the two games. It a bridge to create the world state of DA:I with past games. This also isn't an indication of how important a choice is to the past games, only if its a possible choice that DA:I will reference it.

The voice over isn't the final say its varric telling a quick summary of things. Who you did the rumpy pumpy ISN'T important to a quick summary of events. If I ask you to tell me what is important about Churchill in two paragraphs I doubt you or anyone would mention who his wife was. So what makes you think Varric would mention Hawke or the warden's romances?

Everyone knows the fate of the Ostagar deserter will be the most important choice.

He was dead in the return to Ostagar DLC.

I was hoping they would be included by the time the beta was open for everyone but, sadly, it won't be happening.

While I expect only the major decisions to have any real impact... stuff like romance choices (at least with the Warden), the rulers of Fereldan and Orzammar, fate of the Sacred Ashes, and such.

That said, I still hope some of the smaller things have impact, especially with Redcliffe. Bella runs the bar? You get to visit her bar. Bevin had his sword returned? Meet him all grown up and using that sword. Valena saved? She's around, too.

Maybe even some of the really small stuff can crop up, like running into Zerlinda and her kid if you recommended leaving for the surface.

Well I must admit to still being quite befuddled as to how all of these choices are going to impact DA-I.  However, when I was in the Keep Tapestry I made only one or two minor changes to my original play throughs.  I have not saved anything yet though to actually put into the final game.  Not even sure if we can do that yet.  Does anyone know if we will be able to import our actual characters from prior games.  Mine are still not showing up.

There's no direct import at all.

When you upload your characters to the Keep , it's just a image file , to customize your Keep experience. It won't have any effect on DAI.

Regarding the keep I noticed when making a decision for Awakening regarding whether you saved the Vigil or the city....there was a 3rd option, an option to save both. This made me scroll through literally every wiki I could find, cuz I've played Awakening TONS of times, and NEVER remember there being an option to save both...so like...wtf bruh??? Unless the 3rd save both option means, you upgraded the keep and your wardens didn't all get killed, and chose to defend the city, someone elaborate pwease!

I can choose my Hawke's personality.

I'm most happy.

Basically if the Vigil is fully prepared, when you save the city the vigil won't be destroyed.

That is exactly what that means. A fully upgraded Keep can resist the Mother's forces successfully: most of the Warden-Commander's troops survive, as do all of the Warden-Commander's inner circle of Wardens. "Saved the Keep and Amaranthine" means that the Warden-Commander personally defended Amaranthine while the darkspawn horde broke on the Vigil's walls.

I was a tad amused that Ser Landry being alive or dead was apparently a plot important decision. I always assumed that most people simply killed him for his rather annoying "I demand satisfaction, ser!" attitude and because if you convinced him to stand down, a bug meant you didn't get any XP as a result?

Although, it's a little sad that the fate of that guy is actually more important than that of Velanna and Sigrun?

I dont see them adding choices to keep unless they played a part, either a cameo you have to catch or a part in-game itself. Its not like telling rucks mom the truth really made any difference between 1-2 so why add it to keep unless it shows up in DAI somewhere. I see a mass effect thing for instance: where you meet helena blake out back of omega in 2 as a cameo quick talk, but I cant think name but a doctor you meet in 1 never appeared in 2 but was a cameo in a office in 3.

the main choices will be probably brought over especially if Hawke is mage or templar supporter.

While I know it won't, I'd find it funny if you picked zevran romance but married Alistair, if there was an heir to Ferelden in inquisition that wasn't there if you just picked Alistair as your romance and marriage.

Well I am fairly satisfied. I predict Bevin will help us in a side mission in the Red Cliff area and maybe be able to recruit him. I still don't see why what we do with the Ostagar deserter prisoner matters at all. How could he possibly survive? I totally forgot about Ser Landry I just lied to him every time :P .  I am bummed that Velanna and Sigrun are not mentioned which equals not being Inquisition.  :(  :(

Some of the major plot choices like regarding the old god baby will have some affect, but the little choices that you question being included (Ruck's fate, the halla's fate, etc.) must have some small role in Inquisition. Of course many of the big choices are likely there just so you feel you're importing your story even if it's not even mentioned.

I think the options:

"Varric was your friend"/"Varric was your rival"

"Cullen was your friend"/"Cullen was not your friend"

Will have an impact on what the two of them have to say about Hawke. And if they meet him/her (likely for Varric), what they say to Hawke. The various mage/templar choices will probably add up to Hawke's position in the whole thing two, I'd think.

Anything Related to Alistair is probably important, mainly because there are so many of them.  I also kinda get the impression that some of the really minor ones, stuff even I didn't remember in the slightest, will probably factor in, other wise what's the point of adding in the many fates of one fallen noble dwarf and her casteless Son? Redcliffe events are likely to have an effect, since we actually go there.  Any of the options that generally shape Hawke's personalty like approving or disapproving of Ander's actions will probably change the dialogue with them a fair amount, well I hope they will anyways.

I was surprised how small the awakening section was.

Also kind of off topic/on topic how does the keep know if im friends/rivals with some one in da2. I understand how it worked for the origins section because they try to kill you/leave if your disapproval is low enough.

But how does it work for da2? is the  "*companion* is alive and well"/ "*companion stayed with hawke options" suppose to count as friendship? because not all companions had those options *cough* isabela *cough*

Who wouldn't demand satisfaction? I'd demand satisfaction everyday. In this case though, the particular satisfaction would be to hear from Velanna's character again.

Alas, I cry.

I'm wondering how big meanie Hawke could have possibly managed to make poor sweet Tallis mad...after being lied to, used and turned into a complete idiot in the DLC.

If anyone should be mad, it's Hawke.
