1. Clicking on button "Submit Feedback" does nothing
2. Clicking on hero to select him (custom or default) does nothing
2) Make sure you're at full screen or zoom out. The "Approve this Hero" button likes to hide sometimes.

Career issue has been resolved spontaneously. Must be wizardry behind the scenes.
I cant use the feedback tool for days now. so i cant report some problems!

If you have adblock or any script blocking add-ons running, disable them.
The Account choice thingy appears even though I havent logged out of the keep sometimes when I visit it (although I think it's firefox's fault)

It's not, Chrome does it too.
Anyone else having a problem with Varric's narration?
Always cuts off with me after a few seconds although the slideshow keeps playing.
I would just like to report the only issue I can see so far is my Signature Edition is locked for DA2. I'm unsure what to do regarding the locked Signature Edition?Other than this I don't see many problems. All of my achievements are there for both games and all dlc. They have uploaded a few characters I thought were lost for good. I'm now regretting the deletion of a couple of characters when I lost a hard drive. Oh well, win some, lose some.
Same problems other people have. No Warden/Hawke showing up in Heroes (excepct for 2 from DA2) and no dlc for either game and all the rewards for those.
Keep on a Windows Phone 8 throws and "Unsupported browser" error, (even though it's running IE11), but it does allow one to continue.
I've also noted that if used in "landscape" mode, some vital navigation features don't appear/work. Switching to "portrait" fixes this.
The only ones I noticed was no Blood Dragon Armor for DAO and none of my DLC for either DAO or DAII.
Varric narration thing returns a '404 page not found' error on PS4, won't play at all, and it finally loaded up on my smartphone today, but stops with an unspecified error after the phone goes to sleep mode. The video playing doesn't register as activity and prevent sleep mode, similar to how it treats radio sites and apps.
The feedback form doesn't work on PS4's browser. The 'slow, fast enough, fast' multiple choice works, but the actual feedback area is absent, and it won't submit.
The regular browser controls (for leaving the site etc.) disappear and do not reappear in Safari once the Tapestry opens up. I have to exit the browser entirely and then exit the pages before they load up again to exit.
Panels and buttons randomly disappear on PS4, mostly from inside the 'choices' sub-tapestry/submenus but are still selectable and functional if you just click the blank area where they should be.
Sometimes clicking to approve a choice makes the button disappear and does not return you to the sub-tapestry/submenus as usual. Using the 'product' drop menu to get back and reselecting the choice seems to get around it.
I get a lot of unspecified error messages requiring a refresh and sometimes a re-log-in, but the Keep does a great job of saving as you go, so it doesn't impact its utility.
The same career issues other people have mentioned. The Keep did a great job importing my Wardens and Hawkes, so that's the most important synching thing for me. Hopefully it will be able to dig up my Orlesian Warden too. ![]()
Anyway, lots of bugs, but it's beautiful and functional in its core purpose, so it works where it needs to. :-) Could use background music on a toggle, because it takes me hours to build a worldstate. That's a good thing though. It's almost thorough enough, not quite perfect yet, but it's a great little web app.
edit: Also, this site runs slower since they ramped up the beta for some reason.
At least on my browser.
I've been having a problem with the DA2 portion of the Tapestry. The Hero panel is blank. If I pick anything in the DA2 part, I get a Script Error. I can close the Error window, but if I click on a DA2 part again, the whole thing is frozen up. I turned off AdBlock, I tried using it in Incognito Mode, in Firefox, and in Internet Explorer. Same Error everywhere.

I am getting the exact same error for DA2 and now when I click on the "Heroes" section I getting the script error too and I can't access any heroes for either game. I did submit bug reports for this and hope it gets fixed soon.
Remember everyone, the best way to submit errors is the Beta Feedback button in the Keep.
You know, that would be great, if I could even get the menu to load - still unable to snyc for some reason.
Is this an issue with adblock because I've turned it off and still nothing.
Edit - okay seems to be a Chrome issue, had no issues on IE.
As a couple others have stated thrown to sync with no way to use the left hand menu to check other aspects (tapestry, heroes, etc), submitted bug report.
Using Pc with IE11.
No adblock or such. Cleared cookies, etc.

When posting technical problems, it would greatly help if you could post the following:
These are also good things to remember to submit via the beta feedback button, that you've done all of those things and still have problems. Severe individual problems will have to be reported directly to onlinecommunity@bioware.com.
@ crowskin: got that link. Just wanted to report here too ![]()
Well I feel stupid for not thinking of this before, but for those of you who are having script errors, I may have found the problem. If you use NoScript in your browser, make sure you unblock everything for the DA keep website. By doing this, it finally fixed the script errors I kept getting for several days.

I checked the Extensions I have on Chrome, but there was nothing about NoScript. I did have AdBlocks and deleted them, but nothing has changed unfortunately.
I'm really hoping whatever is causing the Error gets fixed soon.
What the.... I... think I might have fixed my problem? I think it was my World State that was bugged. I created a new World State and deleted the old one. And now the DA2 Hero Pane has a picture in it, and I can click DA2 things. I'm going to try Syncing and see how that goes.
I'll be. Syncing has worked. It must have been the World State...
Ok, I still haven't gotten the ISS to start playing a second time in safari. Up to date, everything clean, no extra adblocker type things. Just the vanilla browser. And I still get the same '404 page not found' error on my PS4 browser, cache cleared out etc.
I still haven't got to watch one yet. At this point, I'm hoping there will be an applet to play it as a 'story so far....' thing in the actual DA:I game, because it seems super finicky. I think there's way too much it needs to have just right in its environment to work. So it'd be better if it had its own built in environment like a YouTube or Flash etc. to run in. It needs to be more its own little independent thing so it's more reliable. And it'd be great if they could patch it into the game. That'd be my suggestion.

I think you are right, it seemed to be some old world states that were tied to those script errors. I deleted all my world states to start fresh and I don't seem to be having the issue. Crossing my fingers that this may be the fix because it was driving me crazy.
