My new Hawke (with mods - but no appearance ones - and DLCs) appeared on the BSN and Keep, but Female Warden is still unavailable (my BSN storage is empty, completely). I'll try to resave her with no mods and DLCs and I hope it's going to work. Now I'm sure that BSN is still connected with our games and sends our profiles to the Keep.

Guys, could you remind me please, what is the trick with the hero avatar file? My Warden's appearance is highly modded, but I want it on my Keep account.

I've tried just about everything - my Hawkes upload just fine but my Wardens do not show up no matter what except for ONE out of eight. That was last week I believe. I've made sure the console is disabled, I've removed ALL mods, I've saved multiple times, I've made sure the firewall does not block the connection. They do not show up on my diagnostics page (not even the warden that shows up in the keep shows) either. I've really tried just about everything now; its quite frustrating.

I believe most of us will have to wait for an official fix. Im on the Patch, no enabled developer code, everything is ready. Just my issue is my game is not syncing with BSN. I tried a recent workaround with the services tab. However, im not sure how soon the BSN updates itself. I've synced and everything. Its not that everything can be fixed just by using an ordinary warden or a character creator rehash. My Character Creator made a machup warden and send it to BSN perfectly. Games are linked to the account and everything. So im really close to waving the white flag of surrender. Official fix soon please.

Its the fact that we worked hard on characters, make them ready for inquisition. We want everything and anything to see our hard work shown, even if its just a picture and different name text.

Edit: I figured out, and i managed to link my wardens to the BSN. So the main problem is, if we users who used Steam Ultimate Edition, and REPLACED the DAOriginsLauncher.xml with another to enable it. No matter what its enabled regardless. What i did, was i deleted that file, went to origins where i linked the game to that, and started a Repair. After a few minutes, i managed to Sync my Warden to the BSN. What i DONT get, is that it says 'Sunny2' instead of 'Sunny' oh well

It will say that 'cause it's probably your save from the end of Awakening. Don't worry, the name will be OK in the Keep.

And if understand if correctly, your fix for Wardens not uploading was to install the game from Origin instead of Steam?

Easiest thing to do would be to download the Character Creator and recreate the Wardens there. There will be zero difference between them, once they hit the Keep anyway.

EDIT. I updated the first post with a new "guide". Based on what's been reported so far, I put together a solution that deals with all the known problems all at once.  So if it's mods, Steam, patch, console or anything else you did to your game to alter it somehow, it shouldn't matter in the end.

I'm trying to follow your guide but... the delete button/box won't appear for me, Any suggestions?

EDIT: I just realised its because these characters are still registered to my old Origin account, I can swear that 99% of my problems are coming from my recent origin account merge... Including the loss of my DA:O DLC...

I'm getting "Invalid persona/game combination", what am I doing wrong?

Nothing, most likely. This method doesn't work for everyone. You are probably one of those unlucky people. Your only option is to wait for the official fix from the developers.

Of course i am one of the unlucky, when am i not unlucky! :o

If there is a X, can't you just uninstall all mods and create a new save on the corrupted character, then try syncing again? :)

Sure, you can try that. You are better off deleting the corrupted one first. They tend not to overwrite. Is there a particular reason for you question, something in the guide maybe?

I still can't get any sort of access to my DAO profile on social.bioware.  Following these steps results in either invalid ect ect or just a blank page.  It seems that my new Wardens (from my Ultimate Edition game) just won't upload properly, the old ones have.  But I can't get into those pages regardless....

This is just a thought, but wouldn't it be easier to just have us recreate our characters in the keep? Trying to upload them seems really tedious and troublesome. Also what is the big deal with trying to upload our saves if we can just mimic what we did (if we remember) in our saved games anyway?

There are two points there. Taking them in reverse order:

Uploading saves - you cannot upload saved games. Even if you get your characters to sync properly, you still have to input all your previous game choices into the Tapestry.

Recreating characters - yes, I think everyone who is having trouble getting their characters into the Keep is of this opinion (and, yes, that includes me, by the way!). I think Bioware underestimated the problems that syncing would cause and, while I would never expect them to admit it, there must be some who are now wishing they'd gone down the "recreate" route! The problem I suspect is that syncing is now built in as an integral part of the Keep and removing it would cause too many new problems at this late stage. Plus, all those people who have managed to get their characters to show up would scream that something is being taken away from them even though they didn't have a problem.

It's one of those "with the benefit of hindsight" things.

I can't seem to upload anymore Wardens from the character creator.  It says "file limit reached" or something like that.

And when I go to my Legacy profile page, it says profile not found, and when I click on the button it's a blank page, so I can't even see what's going on.

Other than that, my previously synced Wardens are showing up fine.

Read the first post, the first par of the guide deals with the full storage problem.

I did as soon as I saw the update - at first it didn't seem to take (it usually takes no longer than a few hours for the characters to update), but after I attempted to sync the games 12+ hours later, three more wardens showed up. It's not all of them but they are the first ones I saved so hopefully the others will arrive soon too.

So, for you PC users out there who do not have the game installed on Origin - save your personal files and reinstall. In my case, I replaced my entire new Dragon Age folder with the old one and it still worked - appearance mods and all (glowy dragon armor dlc thing disappeared but I never liked it anyway >>).

I should also stress the importance of saving in the main campaign, all my previous saves I made with the intent to upload them to the Keep were in Witch Hunt - these do not seem to be the ones showing up right now. I would probably recommend attempting to do one save in each campaign for those experiencing issues, but the main game primarily. At least until we get an official fix.

Yeah, thanks.  Read the first page, did everything it told me to do, and problem still not resolved.  I usually don't post until I've followed directions.

If you did read the first page, then your first post makes no sense. Because your problem has nothing to do with profile not being found or a page being blank. Literally the only issue you could encounter by following the directions is "Invalid Persona ID/Game combination". And that's it.

My problem may not be related to my profile not being found, however, my attempts to fix my problem by going to my profile page to delete extra/corrupted files is.

Care to explain how exactly? You go to BLANK page to copy a number, that gets you a link to another BLANK page, where you will copy another number, which gets you another link. And that link either gets you to the page it's supposed to or it gets you "Invalid persona ID" error. Now I would very much like to know at which point of this process do you encounter a "profile not found" error, 'cause AFAIK there isn't even opportunity to get one.

I did just about everything there is to do to get my Warden to sync. I have the Ultimate Edition on Steam. Thing is, I think my game just doesn't connect online, like at all. So it's not uploading any data to BSN. If I press "player profile" in Origins and press "online profile" and get taken to BSN it just says "Profile Not Found: The requested player does not have any Dragon Age data uploaded." which is clearly not the case seeing as I *DID* get my DA2 character in The Keep with the *same* account. I think my Origins Steam Ultimate has been made tranquil and got severed from the internet. Seriously though, this kinda sucks.

This has nothing to do with Steam, or syncing, or anything really. That is a message everyone will get when they click the button, even people that already have their Wardens in the Keep. As specified in the first post. You either have a full profile, so no more Wardens get uploaded, or you somehow modified your game, which prevents the files from being uploaded.

Putting the 0's in leads me to a page that has a button that supposedly leads me to my profile page.  When I click that, all I get is a blank page.  It's a huge circle that gets me nowhere.

Profile Not Found

The requested player does not have any Dragon Age data uploaded.

Tielis's Profile

There is something obviously terribly wrong here because I have a few custom Wardens showing up in the Keep currently.
