It will be easier for us all if we would be able to upload save file directly to the DA Keep.
Bioware said - just use the Keep to recreate your story. That's not true: you should download DAO+DA2+All your DLC - more than 20 gb's of content, run two games (nostalgia broken - because I finished with DAO in 2010 and there was no plan "to return") - and all this just for importing names of your Warden and Hawke characters.

It would be easier than that if they just skipped imports altogether.
If people are going to be indignant about the Keep, why not just force everyone to use the default state?... After all, it'd serve us right for bitching about their generosity...
I think I might be dense or something but some of my wardens aren't showing up. I have DA:O for PS3 and Xbox 360. I bought the ultimate edition on 360 after finishing the game without any of the additional content on PS3. Anyway, I go to my registered games and it shows DA:O for 360 but it doesn't show any of the wardens even though I've finished the game along with the DLC like Witch Hunt. It says 0 for number of characters when I click on the 360 version.

Well my warden finally made it into the Keep!

There seem to be a lot of possible reasons. You need to read the full and fairly detailed FAQ posts and work through all the solutions there to narrow it down.
Are your XBox achievements showing up? If not, perhaps the first thing to check is whether the XBox profile you used to play DA:O is attached to the same email address as your Origin account.
It bothers me a little that only some of my wardens do not appear. My mage and one of my dalish elf, and a few other characters does not appear, and it is mostly my mage and my dalish elf i want to import, and then i have my other dalish elf which appears four times in the keep. I also have three other characters which i created and deleted afterwards which appears in the keep. And i can't get access to that damn profile diagnostics because of "Invalid Persona"? :/

Yea when i click on my games, then i click on Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition - PC, then profile diagnostics, and then i get that same error. :/

just got to the players profile and then profiler diagnostics, i loaded my game up made sure i was logged into my account on bottom left then clicked on player profile it will minimize the game and launch your browser took about 2 mins for the page to load

You think putting choices in the Keep that don't affect Inquisition in any way isn't generous? What about just bothering to create an import system in the first place?
Some people don't seem to like that they have to do any amount of work to get a world state in the Keep... That they have to think about what choice they made during the game... When people ****** about synching(assuming it worked for them), that's what they ****** about...
I get that people have issues with synching not working for them... But my post was in response to someone who has issues with synching not doing anything 'significant"...
There is no solution for this now. My guide was only a way to get to the page, when there was no button you could click to get you there. The "persona error", I could never figure out how to go around. You should all wait until they run the script (it should be today or tomorrow). That will likely fix it.

When i do that i get this message Profile Not Found. The requested player does not have any Dragon Age data uploaded.
Though there is one thing i have not tried yet, making a copy of my save games, deleting ultimate edition and reinstalling it on origin instead?

Okay now i have literally done everything, and it is still not working... damn. :/
I have the same probem here as most here it seems, Player diagnostic show my DAO character. But when I go the Player Profile. Nothing! And it even still show characters that I have deleted from the Player Diagnostic. None of my DLC`s show, even though my achivements from the DLC´s is shown. Bioware I do not frankly care about syncing the Keep to my characters, cuz the only reason I am doing it is because I do not want my Warden to be named Theron!(seriously, is name change in the keep that hard?) if it is not fixed til the game realese, then at least let us change the name of the Default character and then let us chose what we did in DAO and DA2
It's understandable that the information on your profile won't change once you delete the character from storage. That part is read only, it won't change no matter what you do.
Mine says invalid persona/game combination. What do I do to get rid of that?
This seem to happen if you have ultimate edition.
