I just synced my career to the Keep only to find that I don't own the "Signature Edition Rewards" for DA2. I checked my owned content on social.bioware.com, and it shows that I do, in fact, own this DLC (as I thought). Is this a bug in the Keep? Is there a way I can make the Keep recognize my DLC?

Yeah my DLC still isn't registering in the Keep either. A bit annoyed they weren't able to fix that before the launch of the open beta, but oh well...

If you played on a console, then the DLC was never registered with BSN which is where they seem to be getting their data. In which case there is not much they can do about it. I'm sure they are working on a solution though.

Know issue, I've been working on some of our detection for owned products.

 

Its a lot more complicated than it sounds but we are working on it actively... We just had to make sure open beta went smooth first and foremost

Having the same issue but assumed it was because I own the PC and Xbox 360 versions of DA:O and DA2, having all the DLC on the Xbox 360 and missing most of the DLC for DA2 on PC. After checking the entitlements page it does seem that it doesn't track the console DLC. Strange though because it was syncing earlier but stopped after the read-only switch.

Same here. I bought the ultimate edition 3 for the ps3  around 3 months ago. I played through everything and I was always connected to the bioware servers.

I am the owner of DA:O - Ultimate Edition. Because of that, all of the DLC are on the disc, not registered in the account. Maybe it would work for the Keep to "check" the DLC as "owned" by checking if we have gained any DLC connected with them?

I did troubleshoot a few weeks ago but nothing changed since then Still waiting for a bugfix...

Try registering the game on the LBSN ? That way the dlc is associated with your account

I assume this is the same issue where Origin doesn't think I have most of the DLC for DAO, yet its all on BioWare's social site.

 

Quite annoying to sync the Keep and have nothing but the core game sync with it.

It's registered there from the day I bought it (June 2011)

It does the same thing to me on both games. I own Leliana's Song, Darkspawn Chronicles, Return to Ostagar, The Stone Prisoner, etc. In short, I have things that added more to the story and helped me in my hard game plays but aren't detected.

I don't mind however. They don't give me anything in particular except points that I suspect I won't be able to use for anything substantial. Unless I buy or get bonus items or unique armor and weapon schematics I won't even bother reporting the issue.

Reported the bug, but what's funny is before the update/open beta my DAO wardens weren't showing up, but all my DA2 stuff was.. now all my wardens and Hawkes are there, but the DLC isn't showing up LOL

LBSN doesn't read my DLC neither. DA O: Return to Ostagar, Warden's Keep, Feastday Gifts, Feastday Pranks, Double Feastday Pack. DA II; Legacy, Mark Assassin, Exiled Prince.

Same. Started to have trouble with DA2 stuff when the DAO stuff was fixed. I felt cursed. ^^

 

Have the same issue with the Signature Rewards, otherwise everything works as a charm. Kuddos to the team.

glad to know someones is workin on it i know it probably wont effect the game much but id love to have everything show up. lol im ocd that way.

My dlc is not recognised but the accomplishments are? Is this because I'm using a Mac and got all my dlc on the xbox and they are incompatible?
