I too am having the issue, I also own the Ultimate Edition of origins and not a shred of DLC from it is appearing in career. BUT the game is registered to my account, the same goes for DA 2; I have exiled prince and the first searies of weapon/armor packs along some other miscellenious items. For DA 2 Some of the items are appearing when synching records but not all and none of the other DLC. As for origins only 2 items are appearing but not all the others or ANY of my DLC that I have from the ultimate edition which comes with almost everything involved in origins. We have 2 weeks from monday exactly and this still hasn't been fixed?

Well first of all, it doesn't matter. The DLC record is just that. A record of what you did in past games. It will have no bearing whatsoever on Inquisition. So the devs could leave it alone for awhile if they wished to focus on other things.

From Justin:
"Know issue, I've been working on some of our detection for owned products.
Its a lot more complicated than it sounds
but we are working on it actively... We just had to make sure open beta went smooth first and foremost"

That is rather concerning in and of itself, DLC is awakening, the stone prisoner, return to ostegar, the wardens keep, witch hunt. DA 2 the exiled prince, legacy, mark of the assasin. These don't impact inquisition at all? Were they or were they not pretty big story elements in the previous games? If these aren't impacting the world state then it sounds like nothing will effect the Inquisition World State and decisions don't matter. Also if the DLC equipment rewards and things like the staff of parthalon and the blood dragon armor DON'T matter then why count them in the first place? It doesn't make sense; these items are being marked for a reason, so what reason? I want to know; and if they are important then the situation needs to be fixed. I'm sorry for ranting but we are officially down to 2 weeks from midnight exactly.

The items and achievements from past games are just for the looks, nothing more. But the story DLCs do matter, don't worry. ![]()

I'm just happy that both my heroes (namely their avatars and names) made the transition, because the default names and avatars were just plain and uninteresting. I could care less about any extra data regarding my account's supposed "career", so long as everything that matters in the game is at my disposal.

One of my portraits isn't appearing. I have 1 warden but he's listed several times most likely from autosaves, Main saves; and DLC I believe his witch hunt (final) protrait is the one that isn't appearing.

Has anyone gotten any commentary in Varric's recap about Awakenings and other dlc from warden play thru? My dlc isn't appearing in the keep, so I have no idea if comments are made or not. i.e.: Harvesters in deep roads because of Amgarrack escape? or even a mention of the Architect. Thanks

Varric does not discuss any DLC and whether the Keep is showing you as having DLC does not make any difference in anything in the Keep.

The problem still exists. I know how you feel, im also still stuck at 99% while I have the Signature Edition installed.
What I am worrying about is now in Dragon Age Origins you also have a reward for the Collector's Edition, I bought the Ultimate Editon , but this didn't unlocked that reward. So do I have to buy the Collector Edition just for this reward ? ![]()
For the people who are still missing some rewards , unlock the items here: http://social.biowar...da2/dlc_bundle/
If you have Dead Space 2 you need to unlock the Ser Isaac Armor. Try to contact EA support to unlock this reward.

You could try using this link: http://lvlt.bioware....MO_C2_1.0.dazip
Afterswards install it with the daupdater.exe located in your dragon age gamefolder in bin_ship.
That unlocked it for me at least.
The link for those items and many others are listed on here:

I'll add that for the Ser Isaac Armor, you'll need to be patient. I had to contact EA support twice, and it's not because they're lazy or anything, the issue is just old and it is my understanding that they don't have any particular directive for it anymore. But I managed, so you have your chance ![]()
Concerning the Collector Rewards for Origins, yes, you'll need to buy the Collector. I bought mine a while ago via Amazon UK-- don't fall for the 100€ + on ebay, it's a complete scam. Especially since you're basically buying rewards items. But you're completionist, and so am I, I can get it. ![]()

I am actually very happy that I found this topic, I have been having this exact issue and it's good to know that it is a common issue and it is also good to know that Bioware is working on it. Still I think they did an excellent job, I just synced my Warden and Hawke and it took quite a bit of time, but it is finally working. DLC and rewards are still not showing up though...hope Bioware will find a solution to the problem.

Anything we may be able to do to help?
Also I have come across a few issues with my achievements not accurately being displayed. It's basically saying I unlocked less than I actually did, is this also a known issue that is in the process of being worked on?

This is an issue that doesn't need to be fixed by the time the game comes out since it will have no impact on the game. So better for them to take their time and will get back to it once it is fixed.

I have the signature edition of DA2 on 360, and I have purchased every available piece of content for both DAO, DAA, and DA2 - yet I am still missing a lot of this in the sync screen as well.

Same here, although I don't own the Signature Edition of Origins, just the regular version. All DLC owned for both games, but the only thing showing up is The Stone Prisoner for Origins, which came with my retail copy and was installed from the disc. Everything else was dowloaded via Xbox Live and is missing from the Keep. Frustrating, but at least we know it's a common problem. :|

You know that you have it and the xbox knows you have it. Thats all you really need. Unfrotunately the BSN does not talk much with Sony & Microsoft's servers.
However the keep does talk well with them so you dont have to worry about worldstate import.

Just for the sake of clarification on my part, I apologize if someone already answered a similar question to this.
I had a new perfect import, 80% on DA:O Achievements (Stupid Non-PS3 achievements...), 97% DA:O Rewards (Didn't have the Collector's Edition), and then 100% in DA:O DLC, DA2 Achievements, and DA2 Rewards.
My problem comes in the DA2 DLC Section, which claims I only own The Black Emporium and the Soundtrack; I got The Exciled Price, Mark of the Assassin, and Legacy, along with all of the class item packs on PS3 when they first launched, but it doesn't recognize them as existing.
Is this simply cosmetic, or will their not appearing in my personal keep affect the save I import to Inquisition?

Cosmetic, Just a record of what you owned from the previous games and will not affect the world state you import to Inquisition.

Awakening: Yes for the Architect and possibly the Messenger. Architect is in the Keep
Stone Prisoner: No
Return to Ostagar: No
Warden's Keep: Maybe if you let Avernus live but probably not
Witch Hunt: Yes and it's in the Keep and I'd guess it might have an effect on some of Morrigan's dialogue.
Exiled Prince: No
Legacy: Yes
Mark of the Assassin: Maybe, but probably not until they do a large Qunari invasion.
