Given the size of some of the two-handed weapons, I expect at least some of the dagger schematics will be close to IRL longswords. There are also two animation sets for rogue blades, so I'm sure you'll find something you like.
Can I dual wield 2 longswords type blades on a warrior?

WoW has 3 types of rogue. Sublety, Assassin and Combat. Combat rogues can dual wield swords. Just a different scheme

And yet this is not WoW. Capabilites for this game should be judged by the capabilities for other games
