Awww, crap.

Tobey Maguire wants to return as the MCU's Spiderman

Doesn't matter. The marvel plan is Spiderman high. They want someone young.

Donald Glover.

He looks a good 10 years younger than he is.

Perfect casting.

Hey guys.

The Post-Secret Wars Avengers team has been revealed.

It's neat.

Also I can't for the life of me find a better picture for this.

Yus! Knew that had to be Miles on the teaser!

The rest of the team reminds me how out of the loop I am with the rest of the Marvel universe.

I figured this would be a good place to post, so don't mind my jumping in! :P

Have any of you read the new Silk comic? I picked up issue 1 out of curiosity and got immediately hooked. I really like that she's socially out of the loop and the personal struggle of coming back to society after 10 years of isolation AND learning with how to be a superhero. Spidy has been teaching her the "ropes" and landed her a job as a journalist at the Bugle.

So far, she's been a breath of fresh air to read. :)

In all honesty I haven't been reading Marvels new stuff.

Only comic I'm keeping up with is Injustice Gods Among Us.

But I might start reading Spider-Gwen.

^Yes you are Leo.

But yeah. That's the word 'round the street.

R rated Deadpool. But given that it's April 1st I'm compelled to take it with a grain of salt.

Like Daniel Radcliffe being cast as Spider-man.

Nope. I'm a corporate spy of Marvel Studios, Not Marvel Entertainment. I'm a big fan of the comics, But The Cinematic Universe just picked everything that's good about the comics and put it all together in a one, Brilliant, Gigantic universe. But I still don't like some character such as Deadpool, Jean Grey, ... etc. And I don't really hate DC comics at all, I just like to make fun of them because of how bad their movies currently are.

What has been your exposure to Deadpool so far since you don't like him?
My first exposure to the character was through the Cable & Deadpool series. He had a lot of depth in that one while still being able to be funny.
In Deadpool's own series that came afterwards by Daniel Way, I just thought the humor was too forced and turned Deadpool into a rather one-dimensional character.

As a huge Deadpool fan, I'm really glad they nailed the suit.

All we need now are the two voices in his head. Oh and lots of interaction with Cable and Bob the Hydra agenf.

I never really got exposed to him that greatly, Didn't really like him during my childhood. But when i did, He just seemed dull and without personality to me. Someone who doesn't take himself or anyone else seriously.

When you're aware you're a fictional character and everything around you is fake and can get rebooted in a blink of an eye, why should you take anything seriously?

I don't think this was a good idea either.

Better than just being a hollow knockoff of Deathstroke.
Rob Liefeld isn't the most creative man in the world.
It gives Wade more of an identity.
