About that, Thanos is included in The cast of Age of Ultron in the marvel cinematic universe wikia page of the movie ... I asked them why did they add him but no one gave me a direct answer.

The post credit cutscene for AoU is actually Thanos getting ready to gather the remaining infinity stones himself.

It's possible, But it'd be too similar to the original Avengers movie post-credits scene.

My money is on Thanos meeting with Warlock, since Warlock was revealed to have been released at the end of Guardians of the Galaxy.


Anyone who knows anything about the comics knows that Warlock is balls deep in the Infinity Gems/Stones.

Thanos is sitting on his space chair, and says "Man, this chair is hella busted, my ass ain't comfy at all."

He stands out of his chair, stretches, says "Maybe I should go get the Infinity Stones now."

There's a brief pause. Then he says "Nah, I can do that later." and he sits back down.

 

Then Spider-Ham shows up.

I haven't read that comic, but it sounded pretty horrible. Outing anyone is not cool, & people say they made Jean very forceful about it. I can see why people are upset... But I'd let them have some time with it. You never know how they'll use it going forward. Maybe Jean outing him will turn out as about as well as you might guess, & she ends up learning that whole responsibility with power jumbo. Because reaching into her friend's minds, ripping out their secrets, & pummeling them with said secrets is about as far from responsible as you can go with that kind of power. Could take a story an interesting direction depending on where they go with it. All likely hood it was cheap & everything, but if it ends up taking the story somewhere meaningful & engaging I'd have to get into that comic.

I have no problem with him being gay but this suggests that after being around his friends for decades and meeting other gay students and heroes he never trusted them and that every failed relationship was his fault.

But my main problem is as you pointed out it was a cheap tactic.
