Asa Butterfield is basically all but confirmed for Spider-Man at this point.

 

Miles could show up in the future. But deal with Parker for now.

It's not just the confirmation of Peter Parker. There's the fact that they're casting a very young actor for Peter Parker, ad well as the various interviews on Parker high school years.
They wouldn't make Parker a high school boy if they're planning on making Morales the new spidey in the same movie.
