Well...Olivia Munn wasn't kidding when she said...*Tugs collar* Wow.

 

Honestly? That costume is not that flattering. 

 

I say that as someone who thinks Psylocke and Olivia Munn are both, INSANELY, hot. But for some reason, that costume (or at least that pic with the three of them) makes the costume look poorly made and Olivia slightly frumpy. As insane as it is to say that.

I am all in favor of cbm's being more faithful to their source material but some things just do not translate well into live action. This costume being one of them.

Just got back from Ant-man. Great movie. The critics were pretty spot on with its flaws but its still one of Marvel's best.

After seeing those pics of Apocalypse my hype for this movie just crashed in a heaping ball of fire.

The Apocalypse outfit sort of makes sense - it's a clearly Egyptian style dress, but modernized in that body-armour comic book style.

I actually do prefer that outfit over the comic, just change the color

Except that the suit Apocalypse wears is not one of his own design, but built by aliens (in the comics).

Yo. Back from Ant-Man. I really liked it.

Took my cousin to see Ant-Man yesterday, it was definitely a fun movie, smart enough not to take itself too seriously.

Heard genuinely positive things about Antman... but then hear it is not doing that great at the box office.

Of course... what's "not great" to Marvel? Not on pace to make a billion dollars?

Haha, I think that's what everyone expects at this point. Honestly, if this movie makes 500 million it will be impressive. Let's see how it does an month from now.

 

Hopefully I'll get to see it tomorrow. Maybe it will help me to kill a little of my atencipation for Civil war that is still a year away.

Agreed - Antman was always a hard sell. 

 

I mean... it's freaking ANT MAN. If he wasn't so tied to the Avengers, his character would have faded into obscurity long ago.
