I really can't get myself interested in the DC movies. I did liked Man of Steel, but unlike the Marvel movies, they don't wait at all for their universe to develop. Hell, Marvel did an Ant-man movie to introduce the character before his appearance in Civil war. DC just throws everything at the screen at the same time and hope we like it, but doing things without any build is an risky move.

 

But...the trailer for Batman v Superman...it looks amazing... I mean...it's Batman and Superman ...how can this not be awesome? \o/

The thing is, what I'm seeing is great build-up in the movies themselves. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is the world's response to the arrival of the alien known as Superman - which is the foundation of the entire universe. It might all go a bit quickly, but when a bunch of aliens land on Earth and start punching each other through buildings, you bet your ass the entire world would be metaphorically turned upside-down in the blink of an eye.

Yes. But DC makes problems here and sidetracks into Batman gushing. There's a BvS and Arkham Knight thread for that.

 

Just stay focused on Fant4stic and it's predictably awful review scores.

I have no hopes for Fantastic 4. When the Thing sounded like an 16 years old I knew I was smelling lame.

 

So far what interests me is Civil war, Thor 3 and Deadpool.

 

I really hope we get some solid footage for Civi war in D23.

I feel sorry for the actors. Most of the early reviews seem to give them praise but everything else about the movie seems to be a disaster.  It's really hard to believe this same studio is giving us a comic accurate Deadpool.

Apparently Doom is awful.

 

To be expected when you take a crazy awesome character and take away everything interesting about him other than "The Bad guy or whatever"
