So after about a week of nothing my game finally synced however the wardens I got were from a year ago. I only have two current wardens. Now in the past I've had mods for appearance and used the developer console. I have now taken these out and made sure to follow all the suggest steps such as loading them with no mods. Make sure to have the sync option on. Thought I think I may see at least some of the cause for the problem. I can easily access my DA2 profile and characters but when I try to get to my Origins I get a blank screen. So I took the advice of another post and hit change game but this is what happens.

FtMy2Mh.png

So I can't view my characters for the Ultimate Edition. Like I said when I click this link
fa4WzJq.png
it redirects me to just a blank page with the url and says it's loaded, yet I can't do a thing. Like I said my Dragon Age 2 characters are all up to date and my achievements in the pc version upload just find to the keep.

This is a common problem and I have it as well. Despite not being able to access the profile page though, your Wardens should technically eventually upload to the Keep after you've done all the necessarily steps to upload them. You can check that by just using the keep and seeing if they are under your heroes page. They can take a while to upload and appear in the Keep.

It could take a few hours for your heroes to show up, but you can check your diagnostics page by following the instructions in this thread to see if there's any problems there such as corrupted data, warden's page too full.

http://forum.bioware...after-24-hours/

you'll need to register DA2 however for those instructions to work

This doesn't work for everyone, unfortunately.

I'm having a similar problem.  DA2 synced fine once I disabled the console and nuked my override folder, but Origins does not seem to want to sync no matter what I do.  I've already followed all the steps in the various syncing guides, up to and including fully uninstalling all my mods and nuking my override folder.  Strangely the diagnostics page does recognize the two Wardens who I've done the inventory futzing trick with, but they don't show up on my Player Profiles page on LBSN and the Keep doesn't grab them.

Give it time. Try again in a few days when the backlog is likely to be less.

Same problem, with dragon age 2, no problem, my character was there, but with origins, the achievements loaded just fine, but no wardens.

Does anyone know if having the mods installed, in and of themselves, interferes with the syncing, or is it just the aspect of needing the console to use the features of some of them?  I ask because I have a few unfinished playthroughs on the PC (which are the ones I intend to use for DA:I) that use various mods, and if having the mods by themselves won't interfere, I'd like to go ahead and reinstall them so I can finish those playthroughs.  If they do interfere then so be it, I can hold off until the two finished ones sync, but if I don't need to it'd be nice to go ahead and get those done while I wait.

EDIT:  And of course the minute I ask the question they both show up.

Yeah I hope so, it's been about five days since I took off the developer script, the mods before that. Thank you for your help.

Hey

Yesterday I synced with all my achievements but the rewards were less that what I actually have in game but only two custom wardens popped up. (I have five.) I followed the advice given and went into each character removed and item, saved, re-equipped the item and saved again on all characters and this morning one more custom wardens popped up in the keep.

So 3 down two to go.

Oh and all DA2 custom Hawkes popped up with no issues except that I'm missing some rewards.

I have all DLC and items for both games but most ain't showing up at all.

But we still have what.. 3 weeks till DA:I release? Plenty of time for them to show up.

5 days is actually quite a bit longer then it should be. If you played with them a bit after you removed all that stuff, they should already be in the Keep by now.

Please, try following the instructions in the thread linked in my signature. I'm afraid it may not work in your case, since you don't have the link to your DA:O profile up there but still, I think it's worth a shot.

They can still see it by going to the legacy BSN

They can... but see the first pciture? There should be link to your profile for DA:O there as well. It's not, which I find kinda weird. And I think it's been proved by now that if you do not have that link there, my solution will most likely won't work for you.

As you said in the previous post above this your solution doesn't work for me. I made sure I had everything correct but it just gives me a page as though it doesn't exist.

I figured as much. Now how many Wardens do yo have in the Keep right now? Is it around 10? If so then I believe your profile storage in LBSN is full. And since the only way you could free up some space doesn't work for you then the only option that remains is to wait for the actual solution to this problem by the developers.

Yeah I have 13 heroes for Origins. None of which I actually still have saves for. I got rid of them since they were all low levels before I made the only two I still use.

So you most assuredly hit the limit (you are actually 1 over the limit but that happens sometimes, not all the Wardens have 4 files to them). If this link doesn't work for you then I guess you are just one of the unlucky people. http://social.biowar...dragonage1_xbox

Hey

I have a question... Can you only sync the amount of custom Wardens that the game allows you to make? Like I i created initially three Wardens and played a full game with them. Then I wanted to play two more but when I tried to it said I had reached the maximum characters allowed? I then used cloud to create the other two.

Cause if so I have managed to sync up three Wardens, the other two are still in limbo.

So could that be a possible reason? Or should I get all five Wardens that I created?

That depends, do the 3 appeared once each or do you have 4 copies of each of them there (youd'd get 4 copies of each Warden if you played all the DLC). But of course, if your online profile is full, any other Wardens won't appear.

I am somewhat curious about this as well, as it seems somewhat...strange that this would interfere when all that is "imported" from the save is the character's profile-pic, origin, race, class and their first name. Things I'd hope can be set up in the Keep directly going forward, should LBSN continue to prove to be as sluggish as it is.

That aside, is there some way to delete custom heroes already in the keep? I primarily used uploaded characters back in the day to get a custom avatar for the old boards and would like those cleaned up, as it were.

I've looked around and didn't want to start a thread about it.

Today when I tried to sync I lost most of my achievements from DAO, so I have to replay the game to unlock them. Yesterday it was all fine.

Anyone know what happened?

Thank you.

Hey

Four of them each have four copies. One has two as I only completed awakening and just started Golems.

Out of the three that has synced. Two has four copies and the other one has two copies.

I see that the link is for the xbox. I own the PC version so I'm assuming that I'd just switch it to Pc? Also would it matter in the url if it's the ultimate edition?

It shouldn't matter. I don't have UE so someone else that does one and this all works form him would have to clarify. Also, yeah, I got kinda confused since your profile says Xbox 360 next to the DA2. If you have DA:O on pc, it's "pc".

Then I guess the others get corrupted, that would be around 50 files. Your profile is full.
