Then I guess the others get corrupted, that would be around 50 files. Your profile is full.

Hey

Ah ok. Well that's not to bad. Three out of five is still a good number. I can download the character generator and recreate the two I can't get.

Thanks for your help.

It shouldn't matter. I don't have UE so someone else that does one and this all works form him would have to clarify. Also, yeah, I got kinda confused since your profile says Xbox 360 next to the DA2. If you have DA:O on pc, it's "pc".

Well thanks for the help, I hope they come out with a patch because I really want to use my current Warden.

Yeah I've got this problem too, not too sure what action to take or

if I should just sit tight and wait for Bioware to rectify the issue.

Also I've got the issue, that I cannot log into my origin Account via the ingame Menu from Dragon Age Origins, so I'm unable to synch my warden, pls help.

Savegames, DLC and also Mods (nice :D) work just fine, I can load and play my savegame, but I can't upload it to the keep, because it doesn't sign in from the DA:O ingame screen, when I'm trying to log in with my origin account (were DA:O ultimate edt. and DA 2 with all DLC working are located).

Feels like a rip off. :/

edit: Dev-Console is disabled of course

One thing they suggest is to load your character without any mods what so ever. Which literally made my main Warden just a floating pair of eyes and teeth. I don't know if that will help, but just make a back up folder with all your mods. Try loading without them. Save and hopefully after a day they'll sync. However my one old character I had mods with that actually downloaded to the keep, the icon model is invisible. So in Inquisition I have no idea how they'd deal with a Warden's appearance having mods.

Well, in Inquisition they'll give you a CC if a PC is going to make an appearance in the game, so you can recreate their likeness.  But since it's confirmed that the Warden won't appear in the game, it's highly unlikely that your portrait will affect anything...

Okay, this probably needs to be sticky-ed somewhere: if your DA:O Wardens aren't syncing, there are all sorts of different reasons why that might be the case, and all sorts of different workarounds you can try.

From the discussions here, however, the only solution I've seen that seems to work for everybody is this: download the standalone DA:O Character Creator (still available at FilePlanet) and recreate your Warden character in that. Hit the Upload button at the end and your Warden will appear in the Keep after about half an hour.

It won't sync your achievements if you're still having problems with those as well, but they won't affect DA:I anyway.

Where was it confirmed the Warden isn't appearing? I thought I saw Hawke with the Warden in one of the trailers.

As I understand it, Bioware have explicitly said the Warden in that trailer was a Warden, not your Warden.

I don't have reference to the tweet, but the devs confirmed that the warden that was with Hawke in the trailer wasn't *the* Warden.

There was also a separate confirmation that the Warden wouldn't appear in DAI... but that she would be referenced or heard from in some way.

It was confirmed by David Gaider in one of the threads in the DAI storyline forums. While that was a Warden in that trailer it was not THE warden.

Well, it's still possible they are lying to us on purpose 'cause they want us surprised. But I personally think that Warden won't appear. She can be dead for one. Also people would get angry about her voice actor. It's much safer to just reference her.

True. Also, I guess, the Warden wouldn't look the same now anyway, even if he/she was still alive. I can't remember how many years passed during the events of DA2, but it was a few as I remember. Add to that the fact that DA:I is said to take place some ten years after DA2, and our Wardens are going to be pretty craggy and battle-scarred by now!   ;)

DAO takes place in about 9:30. DAI has been stated to take place in about 9:41 I think, so about ten to eleven years have passed between the end of the Blight and the start of Inquisition.

Yes, I got that. But DA2 itself took a number of years from start to finish, didn't it?  I seem to remember that, in between each Act, there was a kind of "Five years later ..." intro.

And where is the problem in that exactly? DA2 started the same year DA:O did. Act 3 is 7 years after that and the Varric x Cass conversation is after another 3, right after the end of Asunder in the year 940. I think 941 is little bit too early for DA:I, maybe 943. But that's not all that important.

DA2's prologue is in 9:30(While the Warden is doing his thing).  Act 1 is 9:31.  Act 2 is 9:34.  Act 3 is 9:37.  And Cassandra interrogating Varric happens in 9:40.  DAI starts sometime between 9:41 and 9:42...  And considering the scope, the events within it will probably occur over two years..

Hawke is ~32 when DAI starts.  And a non-dwarf Warden is likely around the same age, but no more than a decade older than Hawke.

Sorry - mis-read the post. I thought it was saying there was ten years between the end of DA2 and the start of DA:I. My mistake!

As soon as I logged into the keep for the first time no warden or hawke was deteceted.

The workaround of unequip an item, save the game, reequip and save the game again just did the work for me: all my saved characters appeared after only 5 minutes.

The mods are 100% working, and fine, but I've already tried without them, no success. : &

The or my, main problem is, that I'm totally unable to connect to the dragon age servers via the ingame menu of DA:O which states "log in" (bottom left-hand corner).

It is an ultimate edt and was activated via origin (had to buy it anew 2 days ago because the dlc weren't working)

I think it is a server issue, because the old servers that DA:O just points to, aren't running anymore or are moved to origin/ new BSN so it is impossible for this legacy game to connect to them?! (just my conclusion)

I've read, that a password change might help because old BSN doesn't like special characters in your passphrases. Is that just a rumor or did it really work for anyone?

EDIT: IT FINALLY WORKED - PASSWORD CHANGE w/o special characters seems to fix the "cannot connect to EA Servers" - issue of Dragon Age: Origins

EDIT 2: It even works with enabled mods.

EDIT 3: Achievements and Rewards from DLC are synching with the keep, my warden is still missing in the legacy-BSN and the Keep. :(

Well you can try and follow Senjougahara Hitagi's guide that has worked for others. But if you're seeing you have the problems I've described it looks we're both screwed.

Have you tried the updated procedure I came up a few days back? (I mean, the "second" part of the guide, not the one with uninstalling the game).

I just tried it and so I'll wait a day to see what happens. I did make it force load, though I don't understand why it doesn't say my dlc is installed when origins says it is.

Well it seems that didn't work.
