If Batman was Inquisitor:

 

Batman looks at Skyhold, cracks a smile, and laughs. 100 puppies die. Batman uses his money to make Bathold. Bathold is three times the size of Skyhold and has bat architecture. Batman leaves his party members in Bathold and goes on all missions by himself.

 

Batman finds a twelve year old elf boy near a burned city in the Dales. Batman makes him his personal sidekick. After one week of training Robin Elf can kick Iron Bull's ass.

 

Batman cries deeply on his parents anniversary. Batman swallows sadness with Varric at the bar. Batman romances Leliana. "Fuk the rules. I'm Batman."

 

Batman and Robin Elf tear through an army of Pride Demons in the Fade with their bare hands and make it to the Elder One's lair. The Elder One is no match for Batman's utility belt.

 

Batman beats the Bathold court jester within an inch of his life during the victory celebration. The fool decided to wear clown makeup. Batman goes back to his bat cave to brood and train for the next fight.

Technically, Batman has a 'no killing humans' policy. The undead, non-sapient robots and so forth are fair game.

Inqusition would get it's arse kicked, he doesn't kill and fights hand to hand and with his hang ups about his dead parents he'd be a demons wet dream.

 

Plus in thedas he'd lose his plot armour. in battle soloing or rolling with robin elf. who also fights unarmed?

Well, too bad for him the big bad has humans, elves and dwarves do the dirty work for him.

And since we all know how well being locked up works in the DC universe, they'll just get out the next day and return to their usual rampage and demon summoning.
