I am slowly going through the keep... it is pretty comprehensive although one thing that I notice is missing from their is the fate of Jowan. Also there doesn't seem to be anything from the origins or your last dialogue choices with the monarch and everyone else in terms of the future... i.e. do I or my cousin become the first arl of the Alienage.

Anyone else notice anything large that seems absent?

Presumably, what isn't there won't impact Inquisition.

Presumably.

they cannot detail every choice that existed in the games, what they have done is looked at them all an said right these are the ones that count, they had to draw a line and what you see in the keep is the line they drew.

Do not expect every conversation that has a choice to have a consequence an thus be in the keep for importing, it just is not viable

Jowan isn't important. If he survived, on his way back to Kinolch he slipped and inadvertently stabbed himself with his blood magic dagger.

There is a sub forum?

And no I don't expect every decision from DA:O and 2 to be in inquisition. However what isn't there 1... does give us some information on plot i.e. what areas they aren't covering (like based on this info presumably the alienage's politics don't have much/any impact).

My understanding was that they were also wanting to have as many of the decisions in there as possible, even if they didn't come up in DA:I for future games and as a way of reminding players of the world created by the old games.

Try to look on what's missing as "it's unimportant to Inquisition".  In the overall scheme of things, if we never go to Denerim, who cares who is Bann there?  Or the fate of one maleficar (who in many playthroughs will be dead/Tranquilled).

I'm unsure what (if anything) among the dozens of choices you are inputting has an impact.  Since I believe some of the game takes place near Redcliffe, choices like "Did I abandon the town to the Undead" or "Did i sacrifice Isolde to save Connor" will have some impact.

Maybe you will encounter Bella at the Grey Warden's Rest there.  Or meet Teagan and learn about his wife Kaitlyn *ugh* or meet Bevin with his grampa's sword out discovering adventures.

Or maybe you won't.  But I wouldn't worry overmuch about it if it's not there, obviously it's not important to the story Bioware is telling this time.

Unless you let him go from the Redcliffe dungeon, in which case you can meet him later on helping refugees under the name "Levyn".

Video of the encounter, which can only be accessed via the console due to a plot flagging bug:

Well, as it is, it's already a chore to switch back and forth between multiple Metro-style tabs. At some point you need to choose between what's ideal and what's practical for the user. The video already disregards (as in not directly acknowledges) many of the choices you do make with the Keep anyway.

Even now not all choices in the Keep will impact inquisiton. Over 200 (last I heard) impact it, but not all choices in the Keep are there to affect inquisition alone, but are there for you to make a detailed world state for you to keep track of also.

And also because while they may not impact Inquisition, allowing the Keep to track them from the getgo will negate the need to modify it later if a currently irrelevant plot point becomes relevant in a later game.

If there is no tile for it, it probably won't be in Inquisition.

Remember, it is still in Beta. They are probably not done yet. I refuse to believe feeding the Ostagar prisoner is more important that Jowan or Fenyriel.

There are still glitches as well. My glitch I encountered: DA2's choices were all but absent, but suddenly all appeared while watching the story video.

The obvious thing that's missing is companion information e.g. friendship or rivalry, hardened or unhardened, how were companion quests resolved? I'm not bothered too much, it would have been nice but in the scheme of things it's pretty minor and the important decisions like Varric and the shard are accounted for.

Fenyriel is in there.  You not only get to choose "Sent to Dalish/Circle" for one Act but in the other Act, you can pick "Tranquilled/turned over to demon/sent to Tevinter".  What more did you want?

For all we know that deserter could have become the leader of a mass pacifist movement in Ferelden.
