Between Shale and Sebastian there seems to be a theme with us getting a new party member (at least that's what I always like to see in my DLC).
Any thoughts on what kind of character you'd like to see?
I think we need another female to round out the current ratio. Part of me wants another dwarf, but something strange and random (like Shale) would be most welcome as well.
A secret companion would be welcome as well like you know who from DAO.

If we were possibly getting one though, a female Qunari of some sort would be nice. Because I'm starting to wonder if the female Qunari Inquisitor will be the only one around.

If there was going to be a companions we don't know about yet, then I'd like it to either be Hawke, or a female qunari or dwarf.
They said no DLC companions. In order for them to be fully functional in the game, a lot of that DLC has to be on the disc and people threw a fit about that with Javik back when ME3 came out.

This. Though, personally, i never had a problem with DLC characters, especially since they shipped with most first-day copies of the main game. So I never had to pay a dime for them. It was nothing but extra content, and Shale and Sebastian are two of my favorite characters.
And totally agreed on the wishlist for DLC chars. Though I'd lean more towards dwarf. We don't have enough of them.

I never minded either and I actually paid for most of them. Shale, Kasumi, and Javik were some of my favorite characters and it's hard to imagine those games without them. Although, I am a little bitter of the eight bucks I wasted on Sebastian. We were not friends.

Yeah...Seb suffers from a severe popularity problem among a solid portion of the BSN. Even his most die-hard fans won't deny that.
How many times do we get a thread asking this a week?
Make friends with Google or Bing, they are very helpful tools.
I think the only DLC companions we'll be seeing are going to be in the vein of Tallis; a companion for the duration of a separate dlc mission, not one that's added on for the whole of the normal campaign.
