There are lots of posts in the separate DA Keep section of the Bioware forums. The short answer is there could be any number of reasons why your characters and events aren't syncing, depending on the browser you use, the platform you played on, the edition of the game you have, etc.
Have a look at the FAQs there and browse through a few of the solutions suggested. If all else fails, I'd suggest you post again in that forum with a few more details, and someone may well be able to help you.
