I was wondering why the Cullen tile was gone this morning.  Sad day!  But looks like there's other tiles out there that can make up for the whether or not he'll speak one way or the other about Hawke.

I got a weird bug :

on ie/firefox, my world state freeze : i can't change anything or even load another save world...

Closing and open again the navigator change nothing...

 

solved : after several try, i succeed go in the left menu... and delete this world... sorry to worry

I haven't been able to get any Hawkes to sync with the Keep, and it seems that I'm one of few that are having this problem.  I have gotten my Wardens to sync just fine.  

 

Is anyone else having this problem?

 

I made sure I'm signed in to my Origin account.  Made sure developer console was disabled (never enabled it for DA2).  Tried creating new characters to see if they would sync.  They didn't.  Tried forcing a sync on old character (unequipping an item, saving, re-equipping, saving). I've tried everything I've seen suggested.  Have been for the last 3 weeks.  

 

Even if I can get new characters to show up, I'll be happy with that.  I'm just getting a little panicky being that the big day is almost here, and I still can't get any custom characters from DA2 to show up.  During sync, it says DA2 files found,  and everything else appears to show, just no characters.

 

Any suggestions?  Or am I just stuck playing the waiting game?

Don't panic!  I don't know the answer to your problem, I'm afraid, but do bear in mind that not having your Hawke show up in the Keep will not affect your DA:I experience on the Big Day!

 

It has been confirmed that Hawke does have a role to play in DA:I, but Mike Laidlaw has confirmed that if you meet him/her, you will be able to customise Hawke in-game.

Wtf? I am buying DA:I on ps4 and if i am going to sit here at my comp for hours setting everything up i want to make sure it's going to be there for Inq on my ps4!?! What am i doing wrong and why is the keep not synicing to my psn through the correct email? Thank you

Was this what you saw the very first time you logged into the Keep? Is this a brand new account? Have you done sync data step already?

Try logging out and in and see if the infomation has been updated since it may have had to check data from the old BSN website. If you've never uploaded any previous DA data to the Keep that's probably why is isn't detecting it since it's only detecting DA data for PSN, not really the connection between origin and PSN. (A theory) When you first load DA:I it will ask you for your origin's account either way. When you go to import your data from the Keep into DA:I, the Keep should automatically update that you have data from PSN.

Yea, the first time and every time still Ok so you are saying that "maybe" because this psn id i now use has never connected to DA/origin through PS game on my acc, the same acc i used to make this here keep acc is the hold up. Hmm, i guess if i say, i go to gamestop and pick up a cheap EA title, boot it up on my psn and at the title sign into origin that that should be the missing key that now links everything together? Wait  a little bit then sign back into the keep and hopfully see it now says psn:1 pc:1 or just wait till inq on tues. I think i understand now and hopfully it will work out that way. I did read the thread about what Mike Laidlaw said, and that does provide some reassurance, but I'd like to be able to change the name too, even though everyone just calls you Hawke anyway.  It just makes it feel less mine, less immersive, ya know?

 

I'm trying REALLY HARD not to panic!  I just thought the basic function of the Keep, to bring you previous characters and choices to the new game, would be working properly by now.  I don't mean any disrespect to the people who have been working so hard on it, it is greatly appreciated, and I understand that different people work on different parts of it.  It's just that I wouldn't care if there was no artwork at all if I at least knew that my characters were going to make it into the game.  The artwork is beautiful, but it isn't the reason for the Keep.  

 

I have a few more things I want to try, a few more files to fiddle with, so hopefully I can still get it going.

Did you own and play a previous Dragon Age game (either Origin or II) on a PC platform?  My understanding is that strip list the games you own and registered with Origin.  It shouldn't impact your DAI gaming experience on your PS4, since your are exporting your decisions from the Keep.  My strip shows [xbox:0 psn:0 pc:2] since I own and played the two previous Dragon Age games on my PC.

I don't know how we're going to be able to customise Hawke in-game, but I'm assuming it will be via the in-game Character Creator in which case we'll presumably be able to change the name, too. But that's just a guess.

 

Oh, well. Maybe someone will tell us when it goes on sale in the US tomorrow ...!

There's this weird thing in the Broken Circle section where if Irving dies, apparently Wynne dies too. This is a bug. However, if you agreed to Cullen's request, then both should be dead.

 

In short, if you said 'No' to Cullen, Irving could be dead, Templars supported and Wynne alive. If you can't do that, report it.

 

I saw this and submitted feedback about it. With me, I had Wynne come with me to kill abominations.. We ran into to Cullen. I said I wouldnt do anything with out seeing whats happening first but that he may be right. Wynne got mad and I had to kill her.. But i ended up saving Irving and supported the Mages. But in the Keep you cant do that. If Wynne dies in the keep that means you supported Templars according to it. So to get around it i had to say she was still alive just NOT recruited so I could still support the mages. Not sure if they fixed this yet or not..

They fixed it so you can allow Irving to die while not agreeing with Cullen(so you have Wynne alive and a Party member, and Irving dead), but you cannot agree with Cullen and then choose to save Irving.  You can kill Wynne and save Irving, though.  You just need to disagree with Cullen, choose to save Irving, and say Wynne died in the Broken Circle.  In the game, this would be killing Wynne when you meet her.
 
At this point, I think it's by design, rather than a bug.

Hi, I hope this is the right forum for this. Whenever I click the log in button on the Keep title screen it redirects me to a moslty white page where I can put in my username and password but nothing happens when I click the log in button. I use google chrome and I have tried using Internet Explorer and got the same results. For some reason I can't get to the EA help page either. I do not own any of the previous games and I have no games linked to my origin account, if that matters. Any answers are greatly appriciated.

I know they're known issues, but I am hoping my 100% DLC and missing achievements will be recognized eventually. When the bugs are sorted out, will some sort of announcement go out if the fix requires action from us?

If Morrigan had the old god baby with anyone (the Warden, Loghain or Alistair) then it means that the Warden will be the one to take the final blow. If Morrigan did not have the old god baby then the person who takes the final blow will die.

 

 

I have the romance with Morrigan and the baby and the Warden take the final blow but I cant choice "The Warden keep alive" ! Why ?

There are two different tiles for Morrigan's baby: a human baby or an "Old God" baby.

 

It sounds as if you have chosen the human baby. If the Warden is to slay the Archdemon and survive, you must choose the Old God baby.

 

If you have chosen the Old God baby, then that may be a bug and you should report it.

Try changing the tiles again. Choose the "Old God" baby first, then see if it will let you keep the Warden alive. Obviously it should!

 

If it won't, there is a button at the top of the screen called "Beta Feedback". Click on that to report a bug.

i'm still having some syncing issues with the keep, not my heros, for me i own dragon age 2 signature edition but it won't unlock in the keep it's showing as i don't have it, it's there on bsn legacy so i can prove i do own it, i thought it would have been fixed by now, i reported this about a month ago

The Keep currently does not properly recognize the Signature Edition rewards. I imagine the have been focusing their time on other thing with DAI launch. Hopefully in a week or so when things calm down, they can get to it.

Hi! I've been reading this topic but there's something that it isn't clear for me: why in the account check page of my keep appears "Connected personas Playstation: 1 PC: 1" when I played borth DA Origins ans DAII in my PS3? I'm pretty nervous about having issues when exporting my world state to DA Inquisition (apparently I have my origins account and my psn Id linked together). Thanks for your help!
