Hi! I've been reading this topic but there's something that it isn't clear for me: why in the account check page of my keep appears "Connected personas Playstation: 1 PC: 1" when I played borth DA Origins ans DAII in my PS3? I'm pretty nervous about having issues when exporting my world state to DA Inquisition (apparently I have my origins account and my psn Id linked together). Thanks for your help!

Its nothing to be worried about. PC is just the Origin account you created and Playstation is your PSN account(both are linked together). Doesn't affect your ability to import custom world states into DA:I. (As long as your Origin account and PSN account are linked you should be fine.)

It means they are linked.

 

When you start up DA:I and you press either start or options(PS4) the game will automatically log you in. refer to the tweet I added in my earlier post I made to make sure your world state was transfer successfully.

Thanks again! I'm really relieved now, after reading about people having issues due to accounts not linked properly it's good to know mine are. I'll keep in my mind the tweet  and the picture you posted, of course. I can't wait until tomorrow for buying the game

No problem, if you have anymore problems, just come back into thread and post them. Have fun playing DA:I tomorrow. I have been enjoying it immensely (Just need to finish my classes today   and get back home and play some more ).

Hi, I hope this is the right forum for this. Whenever I click the log in button on the Keep title screen it redirects me to a moslty white page where I can put in my username and password but nothing happens when I click the log in button. I use google chrome and I have tried using Internet Explorer and got the same results. For some reason I can't get to the EA help page either. I do not own any of the previous games and I have no games linked to my origin account, if that matters. Any answers are greatly appriciated.

I know exactly what you're talking about! Do you know how to clear your cache in Google Chrome? I found that making sure I was logged out of anything Keep related, clearing the cache, then trying to log in again fixed this.

If anyone is still having problems with their Hawkes showing up in the Keep, I found that playing the character that I wanted to sync until I got an achievement caused my Hawke to show up in the Keep almost immediately after getting the achievement.

I can't seem to select my hero in the Keep. If I create a new world state, I can change the tapestry, but not the heroes for DAO or DA2. There is no select hero button, and double clicking also does not work. Any suggestions?

Are you in the Heroes tab in the left menu or the hero tile in the tapestry ? You can only change your hero from the tapestry.

i am having trouble with the tapestry page i log in and it go s to the tapestry page but it don't show any info it has the tapestry name at the top and a botten on ether side of the page one a world pic one sheet of paper but thay wont work im also playing through a ps3 and on computer help please

Do you mean you're logging in to the Tapestry using the PS3's own internet browser?

 

If so, there are known problems with using console browsers. Try logging into the Keep using a PC or some other device. The preferred browser seems to be Chrome. You don't need to use the PS3 to access the Keep and the Tapestry, just because that's the platform you'll be playing the game on.

There is a select hero button in the Tapestry (it's just hidden!) For DA:O, click the Shield tile (I think it is actually called "Hero"). That will bring up two more. Click the one on the left, and you'll get a list of all the heroes you can choose from. If your heroes have "synced" properly, your own DA:O Warden will be there. If not, there are several threads and a full FAQ listing things you can try.  Since the Warden doesn't actually appear in DA:I, however, you can just choose the "ready-made" hero who has the same sex, race and class as yours. 

 

You can then do the same with the DA2 "Hero" tile.

I get the list of heroes just fine. I just can't pick any of them.

 

Double-clicking doesn't work. The save file isn't locked. It just assigned me the defaults when I created a new one, and I can't edit them. I can change all tapestry choices, but can't change my heroes.

You change heroes under the tapestry not the heroes tab. The choice is right next do did the warden survive and Hawke's personality.

Hi, everything imported correctly from the keep to xbox one EXCEPT for a bizarre gender swap of my Hawke. I have a mage Lady Hawke, and all other choices have been correct throughout the game, but when I encounter Hawke in the game, it is a *male* Hawke instead with no way to change him to female. I can still customize him, except for changing gender. I doublechecked my keep choices, and my Lady Hawke is selected and locked in.

I've searched the forums and found nothing about this, but did find youtube comments from a Lady Hawke DA3 Hawke customization video detailing the same problem. Has anyone else encountered this problem, or do you know of a thread that addresses this?

I can only edit very, very few of the choices in the keep. Just made an account. Is this for a reason? I own inquisition but I haven't started playing.

Most likely culprit is that your world state was not imported and your choices are extremely similar to the default world state. There is no way to fix it other than restarting the game as world states are baked into the save.

I'm starting to think the same thing, since my Warden seems to be the same default state I chose for DA2 instead of what I chose at the keep. I don't know if I did something wrong or if the keep got too confused and imported incorrectly. Either way, I was 95 hrs in at that point, so starting over is not an option. That's what I get for doing side quests for nearly 100 hrs instead of moving the story

I'll have to try again on my 2nd playthrough to see if I can correct the problem.

Missing DLC

DLC not appearing properly in the Career tab is a common issue, especially for people with the Ultimate/Signature Edition. The devs are already aware of this, and actively working to fix it. From Justin: 

"Know issue, I've been working on some of our detection for owned products.

Its a lot more complicated than it sounds   but we are working on it actively... We just had to make sure open beta went smooth first and foremost"

 

Not in the Known Issues thread? It's been 3 months now. I don't get why this STILL doesn't work.

Other people have reported it. While I don't have the bug myself, a work around for the moment is to drag the world state to the top slot on the page in order to select it.
