Is the divine system similar with the papacy system were once you get in to office you can only leave it by willing  abdication or death?

I believe its modeled off of the papacy voting system, but i don't think they stay in their shooting smoke.

 

but otherwise i think its modeled off of the pope entirely. since the last Divine died before Justinia V took office.

 

also i should say she was said to be one of the best at the grand game.

We need reform things such as:

 

1) Weekend Passes.

 

2) Tranquility by trial.

 

3) More wine.

 

4) Less obsessive compulsive Templars, specifically in leadership roles.

From what we know, it appears that is the case. I believe it is the Grand Clerics who elect the next Divine.

there was one divine that got kicked out..
