A suggestion I'd like to make is, for new players, could the cutscenes of the previous games be cut into a movie to help us make informed decisions in the Keep? I'm the new series and had only tried out the first t two games very briefly and was turned off by the lack of action in the gameplay of the first and not robust enough in the second. I am really intrigued by Inquisition's combination of the two games and look forward to the game but I find that the Keep tends to focus on veteran players of the series, thus offering no context to the choices being made of a new player. Don't get me wrong, I love the animated form of storytelling used by the Keep but I find that it throws a lot character names at you in passing without any real introduction. This makes making decisions feel very binary when character motivations can't be discerned from a multiple choice questionnaire. Now, I understand the answer would normally be, "well, go buy the first two games..." The thing is some of us either don't have that option when we're already jumping in with Inquisition or in my case, found the gameplay of the previous far too different in style to really enjoy.

So I'd like if possible to see the previous games edited into a movie to provide better context. I may try the first two games again some day (I'd love to see them remade with the Inquisition engine :) ) but for now I'd hope you guys could do something like this. I also find that this most apparent when selecting choices for the sidequests not included in the main story animation. I have no context for or connection to any of the companions or other characters to make the best decision for my character.

It's essentially an app...I don't think it is going to be able to do what you are asking.

Only context you will be able to receive is if you look above your choices you are making, there is a "?"  It will give you some context, but since you didn't play the games through, the memory jogger probably won't have the same effect.

There are other mediums of which you can find out all about the storyline/characters and lore without having to request this of a dev team. Try Dragon Age wiki and you tube, between them both you should have a pretty solid foundation for DA:I.

Alright, totally understandable. In that case, the Keep could do with a wiki as part of the app. Or at least a character index. I just mean that the Keep would benefit from becoming, as they seem to intend, one-stop place your Dragon Age legacy across multiple games.

Cutscenes without the bits inbetween become a bit OOC plus you have to do it for all possible wardens.

Can you imagine the slowdown on the site if they start doing cinematics in the Keep?

While I realize that there is an ideal of having The Keep mean something to literally everyone everywhere, I think that the reality is, if you want a world state to make sense, then you're going to have to do some research on your own. Whether the research is to play the other games or simply read about them, The Keep is not going to be a shot-for-shot remake of every choice you could possibly make across all previous titles -- the effort required to code that and make the choices relevant would be a pretty arduous nightmare for very little payoff.

I would suggest looking at some wikis, or possibly searching YouTube for a given choice if you are unsure of how you'd like things to go. A lot of the options you can choose will have no impact in Inquisition, but were included as fan service, and may be relevant in future titles or expansions.

All that said, you're not wrong for asking, it would just be a huge drain on resources for little value added.
