Wynne left my group when she found out about my poisoning the urn of sacred ashes. Unfortunately there is no such option in the keep. The closest it gets is " Wynne is killed" but I didnt kill her, she just left. Im a bit confused about this option and dont know what to select.

They just updated Leliana to reflect that same choice, so doubtless they'll do Wynne soon. Also, please take Keep related questions to the Keep's category in the forums.

The clarity would be nice.  That said, if it come up, the game should be able to infer that Wynne left the party if you poisoned the Urn of Sacred Ashes and she is alive and well.

In situations like this, I think you just have to go with "companion is alive and well". eg: Zeveran, if you let him go after the ambush. No recruited and not dead.

Yeah, I was looking at the Keep all, UMMM I didn't kill her but I'm pretty sure she's not "alive and well"!

From everything I could gather, the way you treated these companions and whether or not you had them "killed" in Origins could affect the way they react about the Warden.  For instance, even though the player obviously didn't kill Leliana, she apparently will react differently about the Warden if she was "killed" by her/him.

 

In regards to Wynne:

I've long suspected that we'll probably be running into her son, Rhys.  Wynne could have written a journal detailing her adventures with the Warden, and had it passed to him after the funeral (after the story's end, pretty much making it offstage.)  Maybe not, but I think the way the Warden treated her might affect his behavior towards the Inquisitor.

She's dead regardless of whether you kill her or not since she will die saving Evangeline, she even if she's left after learning about the tainted ashes, she would still die in the book. If she is killed then she's just dead. Either way, she will not be alive in any way by the time of  Dragon Age Inquisition.

 

Reason why Wynne's status is dead instead of leaving.
