It would be nice to know which choices were loaded from an achievement and which not.  As has been mentioned by others I don't remember my choices so I prefer to go by my achievements.  The thing is I hate having to scour my achievements to see if a choice was selected/not selected due to an achievement.  Just a little symbol that shows if it was loaded from an achievement or not would be great.

Whether I can choose against my achievement or not is great, but I like to know which defaulted and didn't.  I might even get me to go back and get the achievement(assuming that is an option) so it would default correctly.  Especially going forward as more and more games are added this would be great.

Edit: And it would be nice if BioWare games would track Acheivement date and/or order.  On multiple achievements it would be nice to know which I chose first for those choices that can't be auto-loaded.

If I understand your question correctly, the answer is none of them.

If any of the tiles in the Tapestry are the same as the decisions you made in DA:O and DA2, then that's purely a coincidence. The Keep does not bring ANY story content forward into the Tapestry from your games. You have to recreate it yourself.

Ok, they make parts of this needlessly confusing(though hopefully that is what this beta is for).  I get save game isn't loaded but Achievements are.  Why load a hero if there isn't going to be any link between any of it at all?

So if they are not it would be nice to have some indication on finding a choice you did make.  Still have an Icon and indicate which achievement could show you what choice you made.  As well since some things didn't have an achievement a better hint than the very basic plot point would be nice.  For instance if having an item or the lack of that item might tell you what choice you made that need to be a part of the hint.  At this rate it is going to take a full Wiki for some of us to figure out how we chose.

It is kind of confusing. Essentially the Keep is serving more than one purpose and I believe it would have been a good idea to decouple the various parts so that people understand what each one is for. Putting everything into the Keep will confuse a lot of people, I'm sure. What we have is this:

The Tapestry - that's there to enable you to recreate your main game decisions from DA:O and DA2. Eventually it may do more, but for now that's probably its only real function. Getting this as right as you can is probably the only part of the Keep that's important to DA:I right now.

Syncing achievements - this is supposed to bring forward the Achievements you earned playing DA:O and DA2. Again, there may be bigger plans for this in the future but, at the moment, it just creates an online record of what you already have on your XBox, PS or PC. It does not affect DA:I in any way.

Syncing characters from DA:O - this may affect DA:I in some way but, from what we've been told so far, not in any major way. The Warden from DA:O does not appear in DA:I although he/she will be mentioned. We believe you may therefore see his/her name in a Codex or something, but syncing probably won't do anything more than that.

Syncing characters from DA2 - we believe the Champion from DA2 will appear in DA:I. BW have said, however, that if he/she does appear, we will be given something like a Character Creator tool so that we can make them look like our own hero. Again, therefore, syncing will have no real effect on DA:I.

I hope that helps to clarify things.

The obvious problem is that Achievements are global, rather than tied to particular PCs.

But yeah, it's confusing if you don't think about how Achievements work.

I'm missing Sereda's ending achievement (Loghain sacrificed himself to end the blight)
