whats going on? i bought the game from origin but it says i have no profile when i click in the game main menu to get to bioware social , and i cant seem to register my game, or is it already registered? Since i can post here i assume i should be. When i click on click to see player profile from the register menu on bioware social i just end up at a blank page. I dont see DAO being registered to my account, but it did sync my achievements to the keep. It hasnt synced my heroes which is the most important thing, or do i need to wait?

Bioware recently moved the DA:O and DA2 player profiles completely to The Keep. You can no longer access them on the BSN. DA:O is completely gone (hence the blank page) and DA2 is read only. All characters will now be shown on the Keep

Oh and the Register a game (I'm assuming you still can) go under My games> Register Games

I just checked and the registering is still there

thank you Draco I contacted ea support and they said that the error im getting while attempting to register the game is a server problem and they would inform bioware, and that i should try in a couple of days. Hopefully theyll keep their promise and it will work.

I pre-ordered DAI through Origin, so you can understand my shock when I opened my order page and saw NO ITEMS there. But when I went to "my games", it was on the page. I think they are having trouble syncing all the different aspects of their sites.

 

 

I too have gotten that message on the old BSN... profile not found right next to my profile picture

I'm assuming just about everyone should see this problem.  I contacted support and they simply indicated that the data is in transition because of Keep.  Oddly enough Keep can and has imported my DAO info without issue.  Hopefully, once Keep is out of Beta and all the eyes crossed and teas dotted the profiles will be available again.
