Hi

 

I selected Male City Elf as main hero for myself, but i noticed changes for Keep, that i don't like at all, since in my previous gameplay of Dragon Age Origins, it was possible for me to let Loghain live, and Warden survive battle with Archdemon.

 

Is this a bug or something else ??

You need to have a OGB with Morrigan in order For both Wardens to survive

As others have said, you have to do the Dark Ritual for it to work.  The OGB decision is located in the Companions section.  The autosolver program looks for the simplest solution when editing your worldstate, so it will automatically set your Warden as dead if you only set it so that Loghain is alive.
