Because it'd be pretty great to get a set community together for DAMP before the game Launches. A BSN damp group would probably go a long way to easing some peoples worries over the people they would have to play with.
Does origin have a group function like steam does?

Origin has a friends list like steam does. I have never used any grouping feature in Steam though either so I don't know if anything like that exists in either service.
