Does anyone have any ideas what this tile refers to specifically? My memory of Mark of the Assassin might be vague (I only played it twice, and not recently), but I don't remember her getting angry at all, specifically.
Does this refer to a specific choice, like whether you chose to help her on the mountain pass? Or is this about whether you were generally, conversationally antagonistic towards her, in the same vein as asking whether you and Cullen were friends?

I think it's tied to your last interaction with Tallis, where you can try to take the scroll from her by force.
You can also make her angry by generally disagreeing with her stance on the Qun. She gets in a huff.

Very unlikely, unless they got someone else to do the voice acting. I've been following Felicia Day on twitter and she's made very little mention about any involvement with DAI.

That choice is confusing because players can't get what about it is wheter it is about disagreement with talis about qunari or just last talk with her in dlc.
I think it may be last conversation with her as I didn't agree with her about qunari but pick diplomatic response in 1 pt and she said that hawke is better than she thought.

Not true. She tweeted and had a vid that showed that she went to Edmonton to take a peek at DAI.

The only cameo she would fit in my story, is her head on a spike.
I still can't fathom the depth of distaste Tallis gave me during that DLC.
Tallis being in the Keep doesn't mean anything for Inquisition specifically. A lot of the choices you put in now may be used in the game, or future games, or NOT AT ALL.
There have been regular polls asking what people would like to see in the Keep, offering several options at a time. So they aren't building it just for the benefit of putting references in the games, but also for what the players would like to have chronicled.
There's also no reason they couldn't have changed voice actresses. It happens

I'm actually wondering more about the "Kissed Tallis" icon. The description says "While nothing serious could come of it in the short term, the attraction was real." If you romance Tallis with a LI already there that is still true, but you don't kiss her. So which one does that constitute?
I for one threatened to kill her for the mess she got me into to further her plans of "setting things right" or something down that line. I can't exact if she's angry or afraid in that state but her last words to me were that "She will try to stay out of my hair." I was diplomatic mostly and she would sometimes say that the rumors about Hawke were true, when she got me into that mess with Duke Prosper, I started using direct or aggressive responses with her and said that she should have done her homework better.

Yeah, I wondered about this when I first saw the "kissed tallis" tile, myself. I had romanced Isabella, and she was with me at the time. She was pretty open with sharing me with Tallis, but there was no actual kiss. I figured the intent of the tile was just to find out if the player attempted to romance her and ended up saying I kissed her regardless. I'm guessing if there's a throwaway line about Hawke and Tallis making out I can chalk it up to something that happened off screen.

You CAN kiss tallis, just tried it and succed, just need to choose all romantic options, the tricky one is when you get caught, instead of saying something like i don´t care she´s qunari, choose "just another liar", once in the cell the option should appear... oh and dont disagree with her opinions on qunari culture.

If you want to kiss Tallis you have to not only choose the flirty dialogues but also you can't bring your LI on that quest. If your LI is present, Tallis will tell him/her that she/he is very lucky to have someone like Hawke. And your LI is absent she will kiss him/her. Ofc you if you didn't try to stole from her or made her angry.

I always say "I don't care" for the qunari one and I still get the kiss. So, that has nothing to do with it. Just all the hearts, don't say bad things about the qunari, help her, and then don't ask to keep the scroll.
