I noticed on all videos the legs are really dark in the inventory and can't see the top part of some weapons because they're big,won't it be a problem when customizing/crafting?

When crafting, you will see a clear image of your weapon, as seen in the crafting & customization video that Bioware released.

I don't think they've shown armor customization, but I am sure this will also be displayed clearly.
