Dissapointed myself at the perks and how many seem to be so similiar
A fair few about buying/selling
two of horse riding etc
Still, thank you very much for compiling this list
Will probably put all my points into the extra dialogue options first

Assuming that 10 perks might be the maximum we're gonna get, I'm gonna go for Underworld Knowledge, Advanced Focus, Master Focus, More Healing Potions, History Knowledge, Deft Hands - Fine Tools, Arcane Knowledge, Enhanced Studies, Optimal Cutting and Nobility Knowledge.

Did you get this from somewhere or is it a guess?
Mine would be:
IF 10
Forces: Underworld Knowledge, More Healing Potions, Advance Focus, Master Focus
Inquisition: History Knowledge
Secrets: Arcane Knowledge, Forward Scouts, Eagle Eye, Deft Hands-Fine Tools
Connections: Nobility Knowledge
IF 20
Forces: Underworld Knowledge, More Healing Potions, Advance Focus, Master Focus, True Grit, Massache
Inquisition: History Knowledge, Exclusive Training, Antivian Tailoring, Imperial Tailoring, Tempered Glass Flasks
Secrets: Arcane Knowledge, Forward Scouts, Eagle Eye, Deft Hands-Fine Tools, Enhanced Studies
Connections: Nobility Knowledge, Sterling Reputation, Favour for Favour, Elite Clientele
Another thing that nobody mention is for that we may be able to get an ability to choose another perk for choice we make in game say choosing the inquisition over something

really?? did any of the devs really confirm this? seems interesting
This is awesome, thanks OP!
I'll just buy all the persuade and inventory boost perks.

Just an FYI you need 4 points in Secrets before you can purchase Deft Hands-Fine Tools. Same with More Healing Potions in Forces.
I wonder if different class/race will come with a free perk unlocked.
Arcane Knowledge for mages, Underworld Knowledge for dwarf( since you are from a Carta family), Nobility knowledge for non-mage human etc

Well, there's an achievement for reaching level 10 with the Inquisition.
Wait, now that I think about it, that'd mean just 9 perks.

As if the level cap can be only 10. A lot of games have an achievement for reaching level 10, that doesn't mean it's the max you can go.

I was thinking this. It's really hard to tell right now - we don't have enough information.
Oh..by that logic then I have a hard time seeing us getting the Inquisition higher than lvl 10 or 15 maybe
I have a feeling lvl 10 would be more closer to reality...
If yes then, it can be either 10 or 20 perks....
Now a quick count from the pics show 33 perks maybe I am wrong and assume it will be between 30 - 35
So 20 perks 2 perks per level up...will cover around 2/3rd of the total. Which will leave a significant part left for replay while giving us enough to feel we have progressed...
What say all?? This makes sense or you think total perks we get will be lower or higher??
I think you've got the jist of it as to how evolving will go...but then again I think it may be possible to gain perks through some special quests or capturing keeps and that kind of stuff. This could add up for that last 3rd of the total number of perk points. It makes these points related to your adventure and what you do but still are totally optional I think

It's possible either way, we don't know for sure.
Would nice to get a definite answer from someone from Bioware here.
I'm going to throw out a guess that there will be around 40 perks total, since we're missing some from the end of Connections. That would make 20 perk points 50% of the total, which would feel to me like a nice compromise between taking ALL the things and being forced into some rather difficult decisions that would feel (to me) overly restrictive. (But I recognize that we all have different ideas of where the line is between acceptable restrictions and too many.)
I'm thinking (perhaps wishfully) that just 10 perk points is unlikely, and the suggestions made above that we might get 10 for leveling up the Inquisition (via Influence) and extra perk points for keeps/particular quests are really appealing. (According to the information seen in gameplay videos, we do not use Power to buy perks, so even if Power is abundant or unlimited, that won't matter here.)
The fact that each new/rare class-specific schematics perk requires 4 points already in the Forces category means that in order to get any schematics perk you would have to put at least 5 points in Forces, and to get all the schematics perks you'd need to put in 7. There's a similar prereq going on with the Inquisition tree: you need all five to get that extra ability. There are also some other chains of 3-4 perks scattered throughout as well. A cap of 10 perks would mean we couldn't choose more than two or possibly three such chains, and that wouldn't leave many remaining for single perks.
Now some perks are obviously a bigger deal than others, but many will outgrow their usefulness or are context-dependent: 5% extra xp per kill won't matter once enemies stop giving you any XP at all, and resistance to being unseated is practically useless if you don't travel by quadruped very often. In fact, with the exception of the Focus (and possibly healing potion capacity) increases for battles and the dialogue perks for role-playing/story, none of the options strikes me as so absolutely necessary or powerful that we should be limited to a choice of less than 50%.
But maybe I'm just being greedy. ![]()
ETA: because math.
Keep in mind that Josephine has more perks available then the ones you see in that picture.

This could be possible since Cullen has 11. However, Leliana only has 9 total. I doubt that Josephine could have more than 2-3 more not pictured. At max, I think there could be around 35-37 perks.

The reason I believe we can see more, particularly for the general inquistor and josephine perks, is that the scroll bar never reached the bottom. In the case of Josephine and general perks, they bearly reached halfway point. So safe to say there are more perks to see.
If you actually go and watch the videos, when the scroll bar is near the bottom, the actual list is half empty space on the bottom. The perks are near the top and there's nothing underneath them.
I'm pretty sure there are no other general perks...

hey thanks for noticing that...have to tinker around with the secrets list a bit more then....will take one from connections I guess and put it in Secrets

if its 20 perks we can totally do without story based perk rewards...if its 10 i hope then there are few coz 10 is really low. Plus FYI there is already a perk that requires us to capture a keep only then we will have access to it once we lvl up i think
After looking at the perks and rethinking a bit, I think I am leaning in this direction in regard to priorities:
Forward scouts > Arcane knowledge > Underworld knowledge > Noble knowledge > History knowledge > Mage schematics > Deft hands, Fine tools > More healing potions > True grit > Advanced focus > Master focus
Here's to hoping we can have around 20 perks.
