Zealotry
Increases an ally's attack speed by 35% for 12 seconds, and gives a 35% chance with all spell casts and hits to lower all cooldowns by 1.5 seconds. Valonia always gains this as well as her target ally. Zealotry CD can not be lowered by itself. CD: 40 seconds.
Inconspicuous (passive)
Valonia is able to hide her being a mage entirely as long as she does not directly use visual destructive spells, even from the most competent mages or templars.
Charm
Valonia is able to soften a target's disposition towards her without the use of blood magic. Her magical ability to charm people has its limits. Brutes are easily charmed, people with strong willpower can resist - but still be subject to favor her more.
Ruin
Valonias unique elemental school of magic has lower damage that a normal elemental school skill tree. But in turn, all spell casts has a 33% chance to bypass elemental immunity and resistances completely.
History:
Being a young and competent apostate mage with a silver tongue, Valonia was captured and made into an adoptive daughter to a Magister which had no children of his own and saw her potential. She serves Tevinter as a spy. She approached the Inquisitor to inform the Tevinter of the actions of the Inquisition.
