Does anyone know what time Dragon Age: Inquisition will release at on November 18th in North America for PC/on EA Origin? I'm used to Steam release times and have never preorder a game on Origin before.

Great, great. Fantastic.
Now play the game again and look for bugs. I can guarantee there are new bugs in the game after the "golding" process.
This is where obvious bugs come into play...when devs stop bug testing.
I'm looking at you butt-naked awakening and unable to import my face in me3 bugs.

I'm pretty sure it releases at midnight in your timezone. If you've pre-ordered, you can hover over the game in your library and it will tell you the date/time for preload (mine is 11/14 at 12:00 p.m.) and available to play (11/18 at 12:00 a.m.).

That we’ve made it this far is also an acknowledgment of tremendous support and patience from our fans: you’ve been an inspiration to us since the beginning.

Dragon Age: Inquisition Has Gone Gold
http://blog.bioware....-has-gone-gold/
From Mark Darrah, Dragon Age Executive Producer:
I’m excited to announce that Dragon Age: Inquisition has gone gold on all platforms! This milestone is a testament to the hard work of the developers (and their families!) who put so much into this game, and took on every challenge that was put before them. That we’ve made it this far is also an acknowledgment of tremendous support and patience from our fans: you’ve been an inspiration to us since the beginning.
We started working on this game in earnest more than four years ago, before we’d even finished Dragon Age II. Back then, our goal was simple: do whatever we had to in order to tell the biggest story we’d ever told in the Dragon Age universe. Achieving that meant leaving no stone unturned – from adopting a new engine in Frostbite 3, to reimagining combat so it could blend tactics and action better than ever. It meant bringing back playable races in addition to gender choice, to work in conjunction with the biggest and deepest character creator we’ve ever built. It meant building a beautiful and detailed online platform to ensure your decisions from the previous games carried over. But most importantly, it meant crafting a story that put you in the role of a leader, with the biggest supporting cast we’ve ever had, made up of both new and returning characters.
These are characters who can challenge you, support you, fall in love with you, and maybe even betray you over the course of hundreds of hours of playing. Perhaps you’ll do the same with them. Looking over the vastness of the game we’ve finished, it really is the Dragon Age experience we’ve always wanted to make for you.
The biggest story of the year is yours to play, very, very soon. Thank you.
Mark

Grats Bware. I don't agree with everything you've done this iteration, but even those details are overshadowed by the obvious work, effort and soul poured into DAI. I'd send you a cake if I weren't such a cheapskate.
Thought that counts.

I was looking for a GIF that properly represents how I felt, but also how I reacted to this news.
Then I recalled that one...

When the kid with glasses looks at the screen? Yeah, his reaction right after that, that's how I was, pretty much.
BioWare, thank you. Thank you very much.
I'm curious, however. I have to ask... so what's happening internally for the remaining 19 days before release? I do presume that it's pretty much well-deserved vacation time (if so, totally understand it and I hope you guys enjoy every single one of those days to relax). But if it's still not quite vacation time then... what's going on? I mean for Inquisition's dev team specifically (not in the whole of BioWare).
So anyways, I cannot wait. The closer we get to Nov. 18th the harder it is actually. On the 17th I'll feel like it's going to be one of the longest days in my life.
