I'm confused. Is this already available to play? I'm in the keep and I don't see a link for it.

Love text adventure games, love Dragon Age, hated Fallen London... Ill definitely have to wait and see if its any better, so far looks to be pretty much the same though.

"Marquis of Seralt"? I thought Kordilius Drakon abolished all titles besides Emperor/Empress and Lord/Lady within Orlesian borders? People like Duke Prosper only get to use their titles when outside of Orlais.

If it's your first contact with this mix of mechanics it may indeed feel weird, but it's pretty solid and far from a mess. You can familiarize yourself with it playing Fallen London which is a free, web based game. There's also Scheherazadegame which has similar, card- and resources based mechanics combined with 'choose your adventure' narrative.Eh, it looks somewhat ... weird. Not really that interesting.
Complete overload of Seemingly random Rpg-Stats (Deering-Do), visual-novel-style choices and card-gameplay mixed together seems to make somewhat of a mess of a game.
I will most likely look into it if it's released before Inquisition, maybe it's better than it looks, but i am not expecting too much.

The Orlesians changed it back when it only made problems worse.

For those wondering if it will affect DA:I, on stream I believe Justin said that at least one decision you make will affect Inquisition. Don't quote me on that though, he talked about it near the end of todays stream.

lore filler and apparently ties into DA:I
How it does that with the game gone gold is a mystery. We should have it next week apparently.

...Don't know if sarcasm but...they obviously knew about this when creating DA:I so...not that hard to imaging them putting in a reference in the main game.

I wasnt being sarcastic. I suppose thinking about it, for something that big it must have been thought about for a long while.

If I have the time I'll check it out.
You will, Failbetter games are perfect pick up and play games. Login, follow a storyline, be disturbed confronting a horror man wasn't meant to know, grind your skills, and use up your action points all in 5-10 minutes.
