I've made 2 different Dragon age world save states. When I went back to the first one to look over it, it had changed all the options back to default. I flushed it out again, and went back to the previous one to see if that one had saved. It had not, and is also back to all the original options.
Keep world states aren't saving the information.

Are you locking the choices after you've made them? That's supposed to stop them being re-set, I believe.

Even if you don't lock the choices, they should still stay the same as picked. It's a bug.

I've locked the world state, if it happens again I'll have to try and lock each on individually.

Lock 'em all! Never trust technology to get it right on its own! ![]()

I would definitely send a feedback report on this. That should not happen. 0o

I have a feeling the bug is going to persist even if they were to lock all of the choices, individually, and lock the worldstate itself. The only thing locking everything would do would mean they would have to go back and unlock each one individually after it resets. It sounds like something that has been known to have happened a couple of times in the past - but *never* on such a grand scale. It was usually confined to one or two specific tiles.
Best thing to do is send a bug report, and give them as much information as you can; what browser you're using, how long it takes them to reset, etc.

I must admit I have been locking all my choices individually. When they did the last big reset (i.e. for the open Beta), it threw up 24 choices that I had to revisit. Most of them weren't actual conflicts and I was able to make exactly the same choices again. It was a bit of a pain, obviously, but less so than having to re-do the whole thing.

If all their tiles are resetting. Locking them won't help. It happens sometimes when they add new tiles but never on the whole tapestry before.

If it's going to bug out, locking the choice probably won't make much of a difference. I've had problems with decisions even if they were locked when using things like the ISS.

Are you new to the keep as of Open Beta? If not, could you try clearing all your browser cache?
Secondly, could you try one more additional debugging step:
On the right side bar when you select your wold state, could you hit the lock button (and lock your world state), then unlock your world state and try again.
If this doesn't work file a bug using the beta feedback tool, and I will also try to check if there is anything I can detect going on from our end.
Lastly, could you PM me on the forums with the email address you use to log into the Keep (origin account) I want to make sure that if this is happening its
A )isolated
B )figure out how you managed to do this to yourself so we can prevent other people from doing it ![]()

Sorry for a delayed reply. I figured out what's happening. For some reason, it won't LOAD my saved world state. So I just see blank tiles everywhere, and if I click on one, it resets all my tiles to default. And I have to start over again.
But if I just hit reload on my web browser, it refreshes and my tree is back. So it is saving, it's the loading/viewing that's bugging out. And again, if I touch anything while it's bugged like that, it resets my choices to default. Did you still want that PM?
I'm using Google Chrome as a browser if that helps

I would say so. Important to have it fixed for you and to stop it happening to others
