You sir are a bloody monster.
I know right? Flames will just ruin the leather.

Nah, it's Blackwall. The name above just didn't switch quickly enough.
I have to say nugskin makes a rather nice shade of white.
But... what about my Pinkquisition? ![]()
Sooooooo we can make Viv look like the court jester for Skyhold judging by the screen shots.
That will be prefect for my anti-mage playhtrough.
I wonder how does heavy armor for Mages work exactly.
What do you do to bypass the class restriction even in crafted armors?
You use a special material, or there are schematics that allow it? o_O

This is the closest to pink material they showed in the demo...

You can craft heavy armour for mages with a perk that unlocks certain schematics (I think). I don't think it unlocks any class restricted armours though, it just adds new options.
The nug skin is pink it's just very light pink.
Dragonling scale looks pretty sweet...

... and then there's the poor Fennec.

Yeah i assumed something like that, i just wanna know for sure.
It's a bummer, but i won't be able to play until mid December+, so the answer seems far away now! D:
You guys will need to let me know when you have played ![]()
You wear the same clothing underneath your armor that you wear around Skyhold.
And you can change the color of that clothing, for some reason, when you're changing the color of the armor.
Why can't we have control over the color of the clothing when we're wearing it around Skyhold? I want to make the shirt white Silk for my Inquisitor. ![]()
I never bothered myself with crafting in any rpg. I am going to compensate that now with Inquisition
. Can't wait! Good Job Bioware!
This looks really great, the only part that might bug me a bit is it the color I want doesn't fit with the stats I want.
You sir are a bloody monster.
Cameron taught me well.
Only gotta wait 2+ weeks....
I can do it... ![]()

Ya i never bother either until skyrim but other than that i hardly do it but everything must die so i can have their pelt and skin and ect. it already turning me into some muhahahahahahhahhahahahahhahahahahahahhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
It rub the lotion on the skin or else it get the hose again
This looks better than I thought it would be. That's saying quite a lot.
For one brief moment, I thought Vivienne was pregnant in this pic.....
So I have a sort of worry/question
Are there multiple colors for each stat you add to an item? Or are colors relegated to certain stats?
The reason I ask is because, say I make armor, am I actually going to be able to customize it with the colors I want? Or am I going to have to go all blue because let's say blue is tied to Willpower or Magic?
What I'm hoping is that there are different colors for each level of upgrade you want.
Iron bull looks a little strange with vitaar (or maybe it's because of the yellow color).
Daaaaaaaaaang that's some serious crafting. It's a bit better than I'd hoped. Really can't wait to dig my paws into this game. Hey! It's November! Thank goodness.
Hope Mike Laidlaw had a good time in Australia. I get a kick out of the folks from there. Seem pretty cool. Wish I was there. 17 more days guys.

I think colors are tied to the different material and those material each boost a locked stat.
So yeah if you want willpower or magic and it's tied for example to nug skin , you'll need to wear a light pink armor !

So from what I saw we had three material slots. The main Materiel for the armour that controls armour rating. Utility which adds stats like "+5 streangs" and Defense which adds resistance. There is some overlap into what materials you can put into each slot and I guess that would be different depending on class. So like for the mage there were a lot of fabrics in the main material slot, mettles in the Utility slot and leathers as well as some fabric in the Defense slot.
I imagine a warrior would have more metals in Armour and Defense and a rogue would have more leather in those.
Oh good, now we have a whole thread to discuss that war crime of a coat Laidlaw put Vivienne in. Let me just put on my get in my Project Runway judge mood and...
Nina: "No woman would want to wear that outfit. It's garish, the pattern is garish and doesn't fit the model. The way it's used is also horrible. It's not a fabric that should be used on a coat, or anywhere. I mean the construction is excellent but the rest is terrible."
Michael Kors: "Forget the construction, Nina. The waistline's so high she looks like a slutty priestess and the colors still look like the pattern for a 70s couch."
Heidi: "Tim what was going on in the workroom?"
Tim: "I feel like I'm somewhat responsible here. While we were at Mood the designer had a brown leather picked out. But I reminded him what you all had said about his outfits being too drab."
Michael: "So instead he decided that the best choice was drab brown plaided up with a mustard stain yellow."
[Beat]
Heidi: "Do we have our choice for who's going home?"
Michael & Nina: "Yes."
