i bought the deluxe edition thru steam



when i created an account in the bioware site i used the cdkey when
they ask me to register the game(was accepted).. and now i cant use it again in the
redeem code window and i have no dlc in the dl window in game..



am i screwed? (

You do not use the CD key there. You use a special code you probably got in an e-mail or something.

i have one with 19 digits but the site says its invalid(i copy paste it).

Remove any dashes and make sure you're not accidentally including a space or a linebreak (often happens with copy/paste).

i got the same problem.. i followed the instructions that i got with the code and i can't use my code now and i still don't have the DLC in the window.
