What about the henchmen? Which one is the funny guy, or buddy cops? What about the guy who is retired but is the best and his old commander needs him for one more mission. Whos Arnold? Sly? Bruce Lee? Chuck Norris? Clint Eastwood?

Well the badass hero has to be the turians sentinal hands down,damsel in distress is probably a Volus
Hot chick has to be the Asari valkyrie and henchmen goes to the krosol and the krosent.The buddy cops are probably gonna be the male quarian dudes.
Retired hero is a TGI(with harrier) and Arnie's a juggernaut with a spitfire
Chuck Norris is the human soldier with the avenger on full auto!
Oh and you forgot the mafia bossman which is gonna be played by the krogan warlord with his thugs being the Vorcha sol/sent/engg

Anti-hero: N7 Destroyer, Turian Ghost or Drell Assassin
Damsel: Quarian Engineer
Badass Chick: N7 Shadow or Huntress. Also Fury and Asari Valkyrie. And Cabal - lots of tough Laydees out there
Antagonist: Reegar Carbine
Protagonist: Vanilla Human?
Henchman: Alliance Infiltration Unit
Funny Guy: Volus (any class)
Buddy Cops: Geth Infiltrator + Engineer; Batarian Soldier + Sentinel; Turian Soldier + Saboteur; etc.
Retired Guy (aka Bruce Willis): Krogan Soldier, Turian Sentinel or Batarian Adept
The Old Commander: Krogan Shaman/Sentinel or Quarian Marksman
There are others who fit the roles, but those are the ones who came to mind first.
Any of the Drell fit the Chuck Norris and Bruce Lee theme well. Sly makes me think N7 Destroyer or something similar. Eastwood makes me think cowboy gunslinger, which means...Stasis sniper (with a pistol, obviously)? Or a class with Marksman
And Arnold is the terminator, so Geth Trooper. Or Jugg I guess.

And the Black Widow? The Huntress might fit the bill but she seems like she should be more...up close and personal. N7 Shadow or AIU (with black color scheme)?

The buddy cops are the volus merc and the novaguard, because they look like Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum.
The badass chick is the fury.
The retired guy is the TGI, because he is the guy for desperate missions.
Arnold is the Juggernaut, or the Destroyer.
Sly is the turian soldier, with a Revenant.
Bruce Lee is a drell.
