So as introduced in the newest twitch dragon age keep stream (which you can see here: http://www.twitch.tv...are/b/583906819), there will be a browser game within the dragon age keep that closes the gap between dragon age 2 und dragon age inquisition.

I also want to mention that bioware said in the last twitch stream, that some particular decision in the last court has a plot flag for future installments, so that could, most likely, affect future games in the franchise.

So how you think it will be? Do you gonna play it? Will you play as a huntress or as a scholar?

More Dragon Age is always a good thing.

 

 

I play as female characters 99% of the time when I can, so I'll likely play Huntress first.

Ofc I'll play ! I can;t wait for it : ) It was a nice suprise yesterday, when they revealed the game. I'll play as scholar first, but since I'm sure it won't be only one playthrough I would play as huntress as well : )
Hope they release it really soon, a nice thing when we'll be waiting for DA: I.

I am intrigued and excited! I've played and enjoyed Fallen London, so a Dragon Age game by the same developers sounds fantastic to me. I'm definitely looking forward to it.

Yes that is correct. They said it in the last twitch stream. Some other decisions will possibly affect future dragon age games too, because it will be recorded within dragon age keep.

As far as I can tell I've completed my tapestry, but I don't see the Last Court as a choice in my drop-down menu.

I´ll decide once i play it, my decisions are always right-on-the-spot heat-of-the-moment kinda choices, it makes any gameplay (specially bioware´s) more fun

As far as I can tell I've completed my tapestry, but I don't see the Last Court as a choice in my drop-down menu. 

It isn't out to the public yet. But they said it will be released soon in the last twitch stream.

Maybe I'm just getting caught up in the moment, but I'm starting to feel like I'm more hyped for the Last Court than I am for Inquisition itself. I've already started to plan out my Marquis' tale - Scholar, Freedom, Peril. I've even designated his name: Jerard. I only need to know the family name before I fully include him into my "canon" of Dragon Age protagonists. :3

This is being written by Failbetter games, they have a "Fallen London" IP which is a browser based game, its sort of free with some purchased storylines and items, as cash cow probably. They have expanded the setting into a nifty 2d boat exploration game called "Sunless Sea" with text based adventures on each island, which really makes the game stand out as interesting. I liken it to a "Lovecraftian Victorian setting" which they've made as a comedy. Actually quite interested what they do with "The Last Court". I have to my shame read both Patrick Week's "The Masked Empire" and David Gaider's "Asunder" and I am wondering to what degree they correlate to the "The Last Court" and DAI setting. In Asunder someone from the core story dies btw.

From what I've gathered in the video previews, Serault is a river town somewhere near the Tirashan forest. So, by my guesstimations, probably somewhere hereabouts...

Hopefully we will get to re-play it ad nauseam so we can get the outcome we want, if on our first playthough things don't turn out so well.

 

If there is anything I really hate, it's a non-optimum outcome.

Some stupid websites have posted that "the last court" has already been released, but the only official source that we should watch is Failbetter Games twitter.

In one of the videos (I think it was one of Lady Insanity's ones that wasn't posted above), there's an option to restart your character from the start. I imagine you can do this however many times you want. Also, there's apparently multiple endings, including varying degrees of good endings.

I don't see why not. You play as a totally separate character in the Last Court, so syncing issues shouldn't prevent you from playing it.
