I want to order some stuff from the bioware store. the payment is no problem but i have some questions about shipping.
I am from Germany. How much does it cost (good price + Shipping costs)? How it works?
Have some Europeans and German experience?
btw. I want a Kaidan wallscroll and a figure ;.;
I'm not from Germany, but the Netherlands so the rules should be the same, but the rates may vary. Can't say I'm a expert in german tax rates.
I just ordered from the store recently and the store calculates the shipping costs for you. So those you can look up for yourself. What you do need to remember is that VAT is not included with this price. With the shipping company in the Netherlands you need to pay the VAT (about 20%) and handling cost (13 euro) at the door when your package gets delivered (cash). For me it ended up being about 25 euro in total that I had to pay.
Shipping time was about 2 weeks so it does take a while. I have ordered from the bioware store before (also from the eu store while they had that) and had never had a problem with the shipping. It is expensive though and it really sucks that you have to pay VAT on arrival. It was much better when they had the EU store with much lower shipping cost and no extra VAT, but I don't think that store will be returning anytime soon.
